Slot always not available

Eatmarna app version is not compatile in my device ..what to do ? I am using samsung galaxy note 4

Managed to register and i can log in and out. But the "Slots" are NOT visible. So i can't book a slot yet. Running out of time. N. Hussain

Error 10010016, It is very bad that from april people are posting same error but there is no one to response on it or solve the problem

SOLUTION: Error: 10010016 incorrect data enterted Solution: For me, I had to remove any characters from passport number text field, so only enter numbers from passport number. After that I was able to create user and request entry permit.
