How to fix Colorcast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Colorcast app on iPhone
Update Colorcast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Colorcast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Colorcast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Colorcast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Colorcast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Colorcast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Colorcast App
1. On android, goto Settings » Colorcast » click [Force Stop]

Update Colorcast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Colorcast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Colorcast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Colorcast.

Fix Colorcast unable to contact server/ Colorcast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Colorcast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Colorcast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
