How to fix MAGA-Chat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MAGA-Chat app on iPhone
Update MAGA-Chat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MAGA-Chat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MAGA-Chat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MAGA-Chat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MAGA-Chat Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MAGA-Chat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MAGA-Chat App
1. On android, goto Settings » MAGA-Chat » click [Force Stop]

Update MAGA-Chat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MAGA-Chat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MAGA-Chat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MAGA-Chat.

Fix MAGA-Chat unable to contact server/ MAGA-Chat internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MAGA-Chat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MAGA-Chat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MAGA-Chat
