Hi, Every time I try to click on my day’s training, the app shuts down. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again but it’s still jumping out. Is this a bug?

I prepaid for a year membership through the webpage and the app. Came out shortly after that. I contacted tech support for hybrid and they said they would not be able to transfer my membership and I would have to start a new subscription on the app despite already paying for a year of hybrid training. Additionally one of the reasons I bought a whole year was the discounted monthly price that applies after the year is up. If I switched to the app that discount wouldn’t apply. Very disappointing. I like hybrid training but I feel like as one of the OG subscribers to hybrid fitness, we haven’t been taken into consideration at all for the new app. It’s mostly just for new subscribers they pulled in with Matt Fraser.

Disappointed because the program you pay for isn’t connected to the app and I hate using the webpage to look at the programming for the day. The webpage is also frustrating to use in the sense that you can’t pick your own days to workout it already has set days for you to workout on and you can’t move to the next on your own. So since I finished week 2 already it won’t let me move on to week 3 even tho my off days were diff from what it was set to. Not sure if I’m using it wrong but I’ve literally looked in every aspect of the website to try and change it and I can not. Program is great but man this has so much potential to be better.

I have been using the HWPO60 program. I like the workouts and design. However the app it not helpful in executing the working efficiently. You are able to enter your PR’s for exercises, but for exercises based on percent of PR the app doesn’t calculate them. Also there isn’t a countdown timer. For example if you are supposed to do strength sets every 2 minutes on the 2 minute mark there should be an Emom timer built in. Also when a new PR is achieved it does not automatically update your PR’s list. I use another app with all of the above features integrated. It is a nuisance to import the workout just so I can follow the program efficiently and track my progress.
