Buenos días , puse una recarga anoche 17 de abril y no llegó nunca la recarga y sí me rebajaron el dinero de mi tarjeta , y hoy 18 de abril cuando fui a abrir la aplicación de Acuba no me deja entrar porque me dice que mi número está deshabilitado, necesito una respuesta lo antes posible por favor, o procesan la recarga o me devuelven mi dinero. Gracias

Después de utilizar esta aplicación durante un tiempo tuve cerrar mi cuenta y borrar la aplicación por problemas de seguridad!!! Tenga cuidado si está utilizando esta aplicación!!! Sobre todo si vives en USA!!!

Desde el día 8 de mayo solicité una compra de un Cellular para la Habana, tomándome todos los datos y efectuando el cobro correspondiente a mi Tarjeta de Crédito. Ya se me a solicitado por cuarta vez que llame para actualizar los datos de mi tarjeta de Crédito y también la dirección en Cuba donde va hacer entregado en el término de 7 días. Cada vez que me contactó me hacen el mismo chequeo y vuelven a decirme que en 7 días.
Esta fue realizada por la Agencia que se hace nombrar Vacuna.
También hablé con un representante y me informó que ahora es en un término de 21 día aproximadamente, y que depende de la Aduana en Cuba.
Estas dificultades no la explican en la Aplicación. Conclusión no recomiendo enviar nada y mucho menos si padeses de presion alta.
