Every med I looked up on here either didn’t have the eligible coupon and/or was more expensive than what I already have on GoodRx

I deleted OptumPerks immediately. The prices are so much better on other apps. This is one of the most expensive I found. A waste of time. Optimum charges more for any drug, rip off.

I wanted to re-order a prescription I had received from them before and was unsuccessful at giving the rep the info he wanted on my insurance. He would not or could not look up my record. He was snooty, to say it nicely. I am willing to try again, though. Hopefully he has moved on to a job he is better suited for.

I don’t like how it shows up ads all the time but I like the wallpapers and it’s telling me to download this other app so I did and it’s still not letting me get a wallpaper they are really cool but it wont let me!!!

I can only save individual coupons instead of saving which medicine I take which I don't think is the most user friendly nor helpful thing. But after wanting there to be other companies in this sphere of medicine coupons to give us consumers the best prices, I proceeded to look up all of my medicines and ones I don't take anymore in the different zip codes I've lived in order to just find ANY where Optum beats the widely known competition, and I can't find a single case of a better price. Disappointing.

OptumPerks itself is beautiful and easy to use. Unfortunately, the discounts of my medications are at best a few dollars more expensive than GoodRX, and at worst $40+ dollars more.

It would be nice to ge able yo change to quantity amounts. I can’t change them to what the doctor called in so I can’t get a coupon.
Otherwise, prices are fantastic!

I wish the Optum Rx price for my United Health Care prescriptions was at least as competitive as the pricing on you Optum app. If your company has an explanation why I pay Optum Rx, the provider for my UHC part D insurance three times the price for one of my maintenance prescription that I can purchase at my local pharmacy with Optum perks, same quantity and strength, I’d like to hear it. I’m certain AARP would also be interested, I hope they will be.

This is great for both my refills and new prescriptions. There are pharmacies with great prices right next to me that I didn’t even know existed. Simple and easy to use.

Wow!!! I can still afford the medicine I need!! Walgreens charges me 40 to 60 bucks without using this discount service... I’m a fan for the rest of my life.

I have a chronic condition and thanks to OptumPerks I was able to find my medication at a nearby pharmacy for way less than I was paying before!

I get to find cheap drugs. Thank you optum. So cool. A few points. Sometimes I only have the option for generic. Also why so dark? Meds should be happy and bright. Also before I had my coupons the interface with the grey boxes and the cash symbol was slightly confusing. All in all this will be very helpful. I can see which pharmacies are best. Drug prices are very annoying so thanks for the help.

Disappointed as coupon on Optum Perks was better priced than Good Rx and switched at the pharmacy juts yesterday at Walmart but only to find out that the coupon price was not the same as on the Perks coupon. Pharmacist herself ran it and said it was showing different price. Lisinopril BP meds showed 11.22 for 90 days but charged over $21 at counter.

I have now printed three coupons on three different times to be used at my Walmart Pharmacy. None of the three coupons would work. What is the point of offering large discounts if they don't work?

I downloaded a coupon from their website that gave a price for one of my wife's prescriptions at CVS of $195. I took the coupon to CVS. CVS ran it through their system and said the cost would be over $600. I called the customer service number at Optum Perks. They told me that sometimes the price at the pharmacy can be different from the price on their coupon. I told them that I could understand the difference being a few dollars but a more than $400 difference seemed ridiculous. The customer service representative raised the issue to their supervisor and then came back and said that there was nothing that they could do. In my opinion, either their system is broken or they are just a scam. Either way: worthless.

I tried to use it at my local Riteaid store the one I always use and it wouldn’t go through they also called your rep and another Riteaid still wouldn’t go through I ended up playing over 25 for one the pharmacist used a didn’t coupon yours would of been much cheaper. I lost my health insurance while on workers comp and I am trying to stay on my meds. Ty
