Terrible and disappointing

The first time I ever used it, I had requested a ride and had to wait 20 mins. No problem since it’s a free service, or so I thought, the driver literately passed me on the street and went straight to Sédanos, and canceled. Had to request a second driver and waited another 20 mins. They accepted it and canceled it the last second and went passed us.

The final driver came within another 20 minutes and didn’t want to talk or answer any of our questions. Horrible attitude and was angry the entire ride. The only good thing I have to say is that the cars used are comfortable and clean, plus it’s free. That’s if you can even get one driver within an hour or get passed the frustration of them driving past you and constantly canceling.

Overall, only use this service/app in an emergency where you have an hour or more of waiting. The app also doesn’t have any texting the drivers feature or texting any real representative so you’ll have to wait in silence while you’re confused and frustrated.

Bad drivers

The intention is appreciated and it is a good initiative but unfortunately it is a failure on the part of the drivers, I started this service at the beginning of 2023 if I remember correctly and I have had very bad experiences the truth, first of all the waiting time is too long, not to mention that you are canceled on a trip at the last minute after you wait more than an hour. I have been harassed by the drivers (Especially for Enrique R, be very careful with that man). and I called support and they didn't do anything. Sometimes the drivers don't pick you up, they just pass you, they don't stop and cancel the trip. Not to mention that they leave you lying where they want without respecting your drop off address and many times their bad attitude and treatment is intolerant.

Most pickups will happen 30-45 minutes even one hour after calling. Drivers sit in parking lots not moving 70% of the time. Even if you plan ahead. Map lines are difficult to tell where the borders are making it tough to pick a nearby address for drop off. Drivers do not speak English making it difficult to ask questions about how to better use the service. Free is really free. It was a way better service when you had to pay.
