The deposit application to horrible. Sensitivity is too high and it has taken me at least 12 pics each deposit I have made. Also, bill payers did not transfer from old(better) app. This change has been a down grade and no new features that help me.
The updated app doesnโt allow you to add access to multiple accounts like the previous version. Now if we need to transfer funds to/from my wifeโs account to mine, I have to log out of one account and log back in with the other. Considering changing to another credit union if this feature isnโt added back soon.
I am overjoyed with gratitude on how this organization has been there for us and leading by example. Allegiance has helped secure our livelihood.
Remote Deposit only works about 30% of time.
