I have been very dissatisfied with my 8 months with Surefire local. There are much easier and cheaper options out there for the services they provide. Their writers for content and social media are very basic. They do not understand your business at all. I tried to cancel in August this year, but they did not close my account. It is now almost December and I just got hit with another charge. This is the 4th month in a row since canceling my account that I am being charged. This has gone too far.

The company is decent and has lot of potential…but this is one of the glitchyest apps I’ve ever used. The geojuices check ins take forever because the photos take so long to load and that’s with good service. It your service or WiFi is only decent they will probably never load. The app has been a huge disappointment and it’s not just my phone it’s all three of my employees have the same issues.

Hired them for crm and social media. Can’t complain about the social media posts are going up and I don’t have to do it. But the crm is trash not a single customer has received requests for reviews through the platform told them about the issue and now don’t answer the phone. We have emailed and texted to cancel and are still billing us.
