Pros:
-Customer service is super responsive.
-No install required with the USB (we all know how that goes with IT, and many of us switch computers)

Cons
- Dictation is slow. Customer service blames internet connection, but that’s not the issue. It’s just slow.
- Picks up ANY voice in the background. Not sure if this is related to using the phone mic or because the software doesn’t filter very well. Either way, renders it basically un-usable in a multi person environment.
- Inserting phrases requires phone typing. Using dictation to create phrases is REALLY bad. “Period” for instance will type out the word “period”. Native phone dictation works better but doesn’t know med terminology.
- Accuracy, close to dragon, probably below. Especially when you consider your phrases. It only actually puts in your phrases sometimes.
- App randomly would bug out and require phone to restart.
- $150 monthly price tag is too much for the limited functionality. It’s also too much if someone works part time. Someone seeing 60 patients per week shouldn’t be paying the same as someone who sees 200.

It's alright. If you can't obtain dragon, it is another option. I do think it is a bit of a stretch to say its better than Dragon (which is far from perfect). I had plenty of accuracy issues and the load time for dictation wasn't great. I also think for the monthly cost, it should be a lot more effective with dictating. I will say it is very user-friendly.

I’ve used ConveyorAI for almost two years because I thought it was best product out there even though it was expensive. Eventually I discovered it’s a skin on a voice recognition software run by a different company.

Over time the cost got to be too
Much and I started looking for alternatives. Dragon dictate exited the mac several years ago but then I found Fluency by M Modal

ConveyorAI works as advertised but if you’d rather save money (half the monthly cost) go with M Modal Fluency. It’ll take a little bit of work to set since it’s not just a click and sign up but the cost savings is a lot greater and fluency direct works much better than Mobius Conveyor

There are three issues with this application

Most hospital based positions and medical providers have options to use dragon at hospital computers. ConveyorAI would be best for people that do not have access at home and or want to use a Mac computer at home as opposed to a pc. It’s also great for ambulatory providers that want to use their Mac.

Otherwise dragon wins. The reason is it’s a third of the price, or accurate dictation and definitely faster transcription.

Given my first comment that this is meant for Home use and ambulatory providers or people with preferences of using a Mac computer, it would be best to increase the speed of the transcription by using the native microphone and the computer that is being used. Dragon is faster. It may not seem important until you are sitting at home on your free time dictating notes.

I’d stick with it if it were cheaper than dragon (quality is inferior). Given it’s at least 33% more expensive, I’ll sadly pass.

Very easy to dictate with, I used to use the medical version of dragon and a major hospital, and this works just as well if not better. Also, the support, especially Gina Miller is phenomenal, always answers the questions and make sure things working well Highly recommend.

I tried out the 7 day trial but $150 a month is pretty expensive. It would be nice if the subscription was more affordable but otherwise works great!

ConveyorAI has been very helpful in streamlining my documentation. I keep finding new ways each day to integrate it into my workflow. The accuracy of the documentation with medical and dental terminology is simply incredible.

I’ve been using this for a week and already see a huge improvement in my time and energy with charting. I love using this with headphones, so that I am hands-free to dictate. The USB makes it simple to connect to any computer. I highly recommend.

This review is for Mobius Conveyor. I use this for medical dictations at home, using apple/ mac computers.
It is super easy to use, does what is supposed to do, and is quite accurate at transcribing (not perfect).
Am very happy with the product, as it saves me quite a bit of time while dictating/ charting at home.

I am a brand new NP I work from home doing telehealth. The first few weeks I new I needed help. I was only seeing half a load since I’m nee but was charting into the night. I started using mobius free trial and this changed my work flow so much. It’s easy to use and they are so helpful and responsive. It’s definitely worth it.

The Mobius app was a lifesaver for me doing charts in the Post acute facility as medical director. Being able to dictate charts instead of typing them saved me a significant amount of time and preserved my sanity. I was much more efficient and productive after implementing Mobius. The staff was always supportive and the price was great. Thank you Gina for great customer service.

So I have been looking for a dictation application for sometime now, as many are expensive or only compatible with one interface/computer at a time. Since I use multiple EMR‘s in my private practice Neurosurgery group, none of the other options seemed worth it. I came across ConveyorAI and within five minutes of reading about it, I had already downloaded the software and was on my way with dictation! So far, I could not be more satisfied with my free trial and hope to move forward with the subscription services they offer. Wish I had only discovered conveyor sooner!

Internal medicine, have been using ConveyorAI for two weeks now. It is great and on par with Dragon which is what I used before. The medical dictation is very accurate, connection is smooth, lots of options on creating templates and for phrases. Can use on any program and EMR screens. And prices are much more reasonable than dragon. Just signed up for a year contract.

I was looking for a replacement for dragon when it was no longer being supported on a Mac. The dictation system works flawlessly. I like the fact that there’s no hardware necessary and I can use it on any device. I have via Mac or windows. Customer service is also very responsive and can answer questions very quickly. Nice product.

This has made an incredible improvement in the speed of my workflow. I primarily do telemedicine, and the interface is excellent as I toggle through my various taskings. The biggest change I immediately noticed was how fast I finished charting, general notes, and emails; and I have been significantly less fatigued at the end of my day. I highly recommend it and have deployed it to my medical group.

I have been using the Mobius app for over a year now. I am a mobile sonographer and I also do home office Tele radiology. I am also a Mac user. My bus has worked very well for me while I am on the road consulting, a real time saver. It is also a great time saver when I am dictating Tele radiology reports. The support team has also been great to work with. I have recommended ConveyorAI to one of my mobile sonography colleagues and they also really like it.

I am busy Surgeon and I need to create many reports everyday . I’m always on the go and always behind on records
Sometimes I work on computers, iPad, the iPhone, Mac devices. With mobius conveyor, I can produce reports everywhere and insert them easily on the medical records.
I don’t waste time logging in and I am not limited to the desktop or laptop . I use both the QR and the USB
Mobius conveyor is saving me about an hour a day. It is helping me more than Dragon and m modal fluency

I was looking for voice dictation that was simple and easy to use and this was it. I already have a number of word templates on my desktop and a system in my office that I could readily type into. So I would just move my cursor to where i wanted to go, press ready to dictate then speak. It basically has saved me a lot of key strokes in which i was prone to make errors. I still need to proofread my notes. I have yet to use all of its features. Overall it fit my needs very well.

I love the device. It has saved me numerous of hours and is so easy to use. I am a horrible typist and can’t believe how well this device works highly recommend it.
