How to fix Omnipod app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omnipod app on iPhone
Update Omnipod app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omnipod iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omnipod on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omnipod network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Omnipod app issues:

Force Stop the Omnipod App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Omnipod app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Omnipod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omnipod App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Omnipod app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Omnipod.

Fix Omnipod unable to contact server/ Omnipod internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Omnipod » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Omnipod » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omnipod on android.
