How to fix Bae app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bae app on iPhone
Update Bae app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bae iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bae on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bae network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bae Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bae not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bae App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bae » click [Force Stop]

Update Bae to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bae App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bae » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bae.

Fix Bae unable to contact server/ Bae internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bae » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bae » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
