I’ve ordered twice through GraniteCityRewards and both times did not have our order delivered on time, and no way to track it. The last time I used GraniteCityRewards, we never got our food, even though GraniteCityRewards said it was delivered. When I called the restaurant after GraniteCityRewards claimed my order was delivered, they told me there was nothing they could do because the delivery was through DoorDash/Grubhub/Uber eats, with no way to contact them. Not only was the customer service terrible, we never got our food. I’ll never use GraniteCityRewards again.

Stopped in for a quick late lunch and a couple beers around 2pm. We were ignored and waited for bar staff to notice us standing/waiting to be seated. There were 2 tables in the bar and a couple sitting at the bar so not overwhelmingly busy. Over 2 hours later and after asking for our check multiple times we finally got our bill, paid it and left. Multiple groups arrived and left while we sat waiting. We have been patrons of GC for over 20 years starting in Maple Grove, Minnesota. We have no interest in returning if same wait staff is present.

We were about to sit down and the hostess dropped one of the menus on the floor, proceeded to pick it up & place it on top of our napkins. I really prefer not to use a napkin or touch a menu that just came off the floor. In a global pandemic, I would think your cleanliness standards would be safer than this. I find it disgusting, and unhygienic. Do you think the health department would agree? More importantly, does granite city management agree?
Food & wait staff was very good!

Being sat the hostess hinted that the server wasn’t going to like having a new table. His attitude at the table was well mannered, but the service was completely below par. Obviously we were being left alone to run out of drinks and fish for the all you can eat fish so his side work could get done. I understand having to occasionally wait for more fish to be cooked, but not for it to be ordered. When he did come out of the back it wasn’t to check to see how we liked our food, it was to refill a water that was dry and didn’t notice 4 of our cocktails were also dry. I also would have ordered more fish if I didn’t feel as if I was pushed out. We were handed the credit card processor and we processed our ticket quickly. Then a few seconds later noticed on the machine that the servers shift had ended, we hadn’t even left. I’ve left a few 5 star ratings for this location in past visits but tonight it was not earned.

Beer was delicious as usual. Service poor and we were sitting at the bar. We stated that we would be ordering food and that we would like water too. Never got any water. After asking again if we could order food, 30 minutes later we asked for our ticket. We had prior commitments to get to and wanted to enjoy some happy hour appetizers but 40 minutes later without ordering our food yet, we ran out of time. We would note when you looked at the front entrance there were three workers standing there visiting.

I love using GraniteCityRewards to order pickup, however you cannot use gift cards to pay in GraniteCityRewards . There used to be an option to pay at pickup, but this option was removed. It’s very inconvenient to have to order by phone if wanting to use a gift card, last time I did this my order was not done right. This should be a simple fix.

Not sure wassup but GC stopping their mug club - not too cool. I get things change but the new point system isn’t a fair deal. And any time I ask about it, they still honor it probably because they know they should, but then you feel bad for getting a couple bucks off. My advice: keep your new fancy app but bring back reasonably priced beer.

GraniteCityRewards itself seems pretty straightforward, but when I signed up, the email blank contained gibberish and it was locked so I could not change it. Also, I’ve been a mug club member for a long time and there was no indication whether I could sign in with my current mug club number.

Food is great. Service is great. Do not like the change to only being able to use $20 in rewards at a time. I like to save them up and treat my grands to appetizer night. They end up eating more than I have in points with drink and more food so it’s a win win for me. Should be able to save up and use more than $20 at a time.

When booths are cleaned you should also wipe the seats. Sat in lot for salt and crumbs. Ordered meat on burgers medium one was medium rare the other was medium well. The patty melt was not even warm. Only good thing is good waitress who always smiles and friendly. But definitely over worked. She was to busy to check on us.

My wife and I enjoyed the chicken Toscano. Our server was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We told her we were in a bit of a hurry, so, when I ordered the pot pie, she mentioned that it would be 20 minutes in the oven. She also made sure we got the check right away so that we could be on our way as quickly as possible.

Amber did an awesome job. Service was quick and very professional. Great personality and fun to visit with. She had my 3 growlers filled while I ate and ready for me at checkout.

I’ve always loved coming to GC and the only complaint I could come up with is because I live in Rapid City and only get back once a month, I lost my points from my GC card (old original card) on 1 January when the system converted to GraniteCityRewards .

How could you take away my favorite item on the Brunch menu!?!? I’m very disappointed in you Granite city! That is what set you apart from extraordinary to now just ordinary! Shame on you. Your employees told you they were a very popular item and you didn’t listen! Typical corporate !!!! I’ll tell all my friends! Thank you!

I have lived in Sioux Falls for about 10months now and regularly try new places to eat and drink. Granite City is hands down my new favorite. Whether it’s the excellent customer service, speedy food preparation, or their amazing prices. I can promise you are not soon to forget the wonderful taste of the food they offer!! MORE PLEASE !!!!

Tim was are, Server for our Thanksgiving Day meal at your Troy, MI location. Although, it was a Buffet type of dinning, he was very attentive the whole time, and provided us a great service experience without pushing to fast to give up our table after we were done, wanted to finished watching Lions game. On the food and the buffet, it a great variety and well prepared by the staff, there. A great value, too. Excellent Job, Granite City, Troy location.😁👏JML, Waterford, MI.

Stopped in after a very long day and was treated to great service by Jessica. No idle chit chat or BS, very professional in her job with all customers. It is so annoying to hear servers complaining about tips in front of guest, almost a ploy to get better tips. I love coming here for the service, food and lack of errors on orders.

My visit prior to this one I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bartenders. The bar area looked very dirty and the female tenders seemed to have no concern for it.
TODAY Keaton was our bartender. He cleaned the entire time we where there. I felt much more comfortable that I wasn’t drinking from someone else’s mouth.
The good was terrific as always!

The food is good and the service is great!!! (Benjamin). When I walked in at about 3:45 pm there was not a hostess and 3 groups were standing and waiting including us. One group finally walked out after 10 minutes and we just walked in and sat in the bar.

Food was delicious. Service very friendly. Great atmosphere. A bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Can’t wait to try the Sunday brunch.

The grilled cheese and avocado sandwich was one of my top 5 best sandwiches I’ve ever ate at any restaurant. The portion is HUGE. I’m not complaining. The ingredients were extremely fresh. It was perfection. I highly recommend this sandwich.
