I onboarded on AllShifts . They made it seem like I could pick up shifts. I requested a few shifts and got a text saying I wasn’t registered and needed fo sign up on their website. This process took more time but I was able to submit my credentials the same day. Even though I already did this on AllShifts . Then a few days later I got an email saying they needed more. I sent what they asked. No response. Weeks ago. I even followed up as they recommended to check on the status, and surprise, no response. I believe its a scam to get your information.

This is the worst nursing agency I have ever worked for. I belong to most of the big ones. I’m actually on the advisory board and a featured nurse for several of the bigger ones. Been a nurse for 15 years.
I cannot begin to describe how incompetent the contact person is for NE Ohio, Naba. I try about once a month to pick up shifts, only about 5% of the shifts are actually available, the rest are already filled & AllShifts just isn’t updated. When I do select a shift, I’ll be waiting for weeks to be confirmed. Most often, I never get confirmed or declined, I just sit in limbo until the date has long gone. I try messaging her & she never, ever addresses even simple questions. It’ll be the the very day of the shift I selected weeks ago, I’ll ask her if I’m scheduled or confirmed, & she still will not have an answer? I don’t know how they actually operate a real business this way? I’d love to be able to work even Part time hours, but it’s impossible given the total brick wall I meet with that is Naba, or anyone in customer service. Your business deserves to fail.

I have worked one shift is all and the pay I received was not what was quoted on AllShifts on Presidents Day. Holiday pay stops at 12 midnight then why quote a whole shift price with holiday pay and not give that to the employee and tell them,”oh holiday pay stopped at 12am.” This is not fair to an employee at all to post a shift pay and get a lot less.

I like that they have a lot of facilities in Florida, It allows me to work while I visit my son that is in college. Someone has always answered the phone when I called. I’m glad that I signed up with them.

I am a new CNA and it has been a pleasure to be able to have such a flexible schedule. The shifts that I have requested have always been granted and in a timely manner. Any questions I have had someone has always been able.

AA is probably the first agency that I enjoy working with, no hassle in requesting shifts and fast approvals with Nikkia.

The more hours you work, the more perks (bonuses). Truly enjoying working with them ❤️

AllShifts has honestly changed my work life. It took a little getting used to but now it’s a lifesaver. You pick up shifts when you have the time, there’s allllllways shifts available, it’s just too easy. If you pick up last minute shifts, you can get paid extra, it’s so bomb. I really enjoy this agency. Like I said, at first, AllShifts could look hard but it’s actually super easy, they even have this rewards program and for a certain amount of hours worked, you get an $100 bonus. Love love love it, I haven’t been tied down to a set schedule in a while and I love the freedom

I’ve had such a great experience working with All American. This is the first agency I’ve worked with & I’ve had such a great experience. The shifts are easy to pick up & the facilities have been amazing! Easy applying process.

Best job so far they pay the most and give you weekly pay u make your own hours if you a cna with a kid but wanna make the same pay as you would doing a 40h a week job then come to all American

I love being able to see all of the open availability for shifts in my area or for any area that I may be near and can pick up shifts as much as I want. AllShifts is very easy to use.

I think All American is a great way to come across different jobs and helping people that could really use the extra help!! I love that we can travel!! 5 stars!!!!

All American is an amazing company to work with! Management is great and always ready to help. It super easy to sign up for shifts and there always shifts available. Couldn’t recommend this agency enough. Check them out!

You’re able to register, talk to your account manager & pick up shifts all in the same day ! My favorite part of AllShifts is the rewards ! 10/10 would definitely recommend !!

AA Is a company a friend recommended to me, their app is easy to navigate, they have lots of location to choose from, what I love the most is the flexibility to pick your own schedule. They have weekly pay which is great, and easy way to upload your timesheets.

All American you outdid yourselves with this. It’s so easy to book shifts, and I’m notified by text and email when a shift is confirmed. I can see my confirmed schedule on “my shifts”, my ID badge by hitting my profile pic and get my tax documents by hitting menu. I can’t wait to see what you all come up with next.

I’ve worked for this company for a few months now and I must say I’m very impressed with their quick responses. They have communicated changes in schedule, payroll and shift within minutes. And, they’ve responded to my emails, texts and voicemails in a timely manner. That’s to be appreciated in an agency.

All American is by far a great nursing agency! It is the best agency I have ever worked for! I love that I can pick when and where I can work. I love the flexibility and the pay is great! They show appreciation by giving out points when you work which I have never seen before. My account manager is great too, she gets back to me at a reasonable time.

I am a mom and full time nursing student so
I really love having the opportunity to maintain a flexible schedule. They make it so easy you just go on AllShifts , pick a location , and look to see what shifts are available for that area. I like that it includes the pay for each facility too.

So far great, I have not had any issues so far and I’ve been using it for a while. My contact person is great, she answers my questions promptly. There are a variety of places to work from. I’ve look at other agencies, All American pay the most reasonable pay. I also love the flexibly of making my own schedule. Also weekly pay is great.

The this app app has a wonderful user interface that makes it easy to view local shifts and pick them up right from my phone. The filtering is smooth and makes it easy to find just what you’re looking for. The payroll features and reward program are also added bonuses, making it easy to see everything from hours worked, income, and reward points accumulated.

AllShifts is terrible it freezes every time I open it needs to be fixed

They don’t have a good payroll system and HR department for missing taxable income payments and services

All shift was easy to on boardx a lot of available shifts to pick up just kind of far . Would like to say they pay a promised on time . Good company to have a as a parting job !

I have to go 45-50 minutes to work they don't have any places close . They say they pay within 24 hours they do not . I have had nothing but teoible each week . Have to put my time sheet in like 6 or 7 times until Heu get it . I never get a confirmation that they received it which I am told I should get every time . Work on a sat or Sunday don't get paid til tues or Wednesday sometime Thursday . They always have some excuse . I feel if I was not on it I would not get the money . Looking into other agencies now
