Ive wasted countless remote raid passes because of two reasons: 1) there have been too many times that the raid seems like it’s going to be a good one with ppl joining in as they should. Then you jump in the battle and see there’s only one other guy in there. You think ohh they should be in any second now. But no, they never join. Making you waste a precious remote pass witch aren’t easy to come by, also considering the fact you can hold only a few at a time!!!!! 2) A LOT of the “hosts” that are hosting the raids AREN’T REAL PEOPLE!!! Check their stats when your in the wait room before the raid starts. They either never join, or hardly do anything during the raid! Making you one person down for the raid!!this game has also recently been lagging a lot. I’m deleting this crap!! I recommend using poke genie. At least all of the players are REAL and it’s worth the wait.

I can’t join read the only people that are pretty much doing raids with people that has the your membership which is think about how much people play the game and then how much people are just trying to do a raid but they can’t because everybody else with the memberships going to join them first and then now you have a 10 second cool down what is this game I just don’t like it no more I’m trying to find something else I can’t this game used to be my only hope for raids now I have nothing thank you so much for screwing up a game can you maybe update it so people without the membership can do raids to because literally everybody with the memberships are going to win reads first because you have to wait 10 seconds if you don’t have a membership and and there’s literally just no way I want it to go back to the way the game was before please that’s all I’m asking for

When I first encountered GORaidParty it was fun and I was able to get to do raids in Pokemon go. I was able to use it for a short while but, then they decided that they were going to change it up (mandatory ads as well-you can pay $9 [once-Suprising] to make them go away) and charge $15 a month for the privilege of being able to get in on a raid (you have to wait 10 seconds for the free option to possibly be able to join-with only 5 slots available it fills in seconds. ) if you’re not subscribed you cannot get a raid which makes the application totally and completely worthless. So basically they’re giving everybody the big middle finger for the ability to raid (unless you pay them!) and it’s at their discretion for a monthly reoccurring fee of $15. I don’t know how they figure people are gonna want to put up with that. If it was 2-5 bucks I might justify it, however with the serious amount of go players they are making money hand over fist. Some of us are on limited incomes. I’ve attempted to contact them and they are impossible to contact with the only option appears to be through twitter. Save your money and don’t bother with these combover wannabes.

I was really enjoying GORaidParty before the monthly $15 to get into a raid. It was hard enough before with raids filling up so fast, but now premium members that pay $15 A MONTH just to be able to access raids easier fill the raids up and non paying members have to wait 10 seconds to even try to enter an open raid, but then you can’t because all the premium members have filed the slots.

That price PER MONTH just to access raids is totally crazy. If that was a one time payment, I’d be okay with that. Even $30 as a one time payment. But monthly?! GORaidParty is nowhere near worth that much just as a convenience app to an actual game. Only usefulness GORaidParty has if you’re not paying is that you can get a few people to help with your local raid, but that’s about it. I mean, you can do the same thing on FB and Discord groups too. It just will take a little longer to add everyone and send out invites, but saving $15 a month is worth it.

You can tell how greedy the creators of GORaidParty are by their copy/ paste replies of defending the price. Ew.

Never used GORaidParty prior to the update which is apparently when the $15/month premium membership was introduced. Been trying to use it for over a week now, I can assure you new Lugia raid has nothing to do with not getting access to a lobby. You have thousands of non paid users vying for access to a 5 person lobby. Needless to say that will fill up in a matter of seconds (less than 10 for sure). And if you’re not a paid member ($15/month are you serious?) then You have to wait 10 seconds minimum to even access the lobbies. By that time it’s full and there’s no way to gain entry. I’ve tried accessing hundreds of rooms and have only been successful once on a low tier raid. Completely useless app that is more frustration than its worth. It’s like they intended to create the frustration so you’ll buy the service. I can get that business strategy, but at $15 a month, yeah okay that’s more than I spend on the game itself.

I absolutely loved GORaidParty. It was a great way to be able to do international raids and was always accurate. I never once lost a remote raid pass with GORaidParty.

This new update is HORRIBLE!!!

They now make it where you can not join the first 10 seconds of a newly posted raid unless you’re a “premium member”. Well, as many of you are aware if you raid a lot (especially with new or high value bosses), most rooms are filled up within 10 seconds. Even when I find a raid that’s been open for longer than 10 seconds, I get a notification saying I tried to join the party too quickly and I need to wait before trying to join again. Im sorry, what??? After an HOUR of trying to get into any raid party (I even tried a few 1 star raids), I got infuriated and went to go purchase premium figuring it’d be like $5 a month or something. Nope. $15 a MONTH!!!!! Are you kidding me? You guys had a great platform and now you’re just trying to money gouge.

Premium definitely ruins the whole app, you won’t be able to join a lobby now because you have to wait 10 seconds for premium members to join first and by then it is full. On top of that who wants to pay 15$ a month for barely anything when we already have to pay for raid passes. Was perfectly fine beforehand. Not only does premium make it difficult to get into any raids; if you try to join one, it’ll prompt you with a message saying “only premium members are allowed to join in the first 10 seconds” and when you go to join after 10 seconds, the party will either be full or it’ll prompt you with a different message saying “wait a few more seconds before rejoining this room” when I wasn’t even in the room in the first place! People who use GORaidParty for free will have a terrible experience and will be forced to pay 15$ a month for a good experience. My best advice is to use facebook groups or a different app for joining raid parties.

when GORaidParty works it's incredibly useful but it's not reliable enough
half the time when you actually refresh enough and click on one as soon as the ten second window that only "premium" members can join, YOU WONT EVEN GET INVITED and other times since the raids are so far away the game crashes or lags so horribly that your pass which unless you pay to get are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get is just completely wasted not to mention that sometimes even when it says a party is full, you join, and only 4 people will be there so all the work you put in to constantly refresh and tap to join on the frame the ten second window is over is down the drain (typically this takes at least 15 min if you are trying to get a legendary 1-3 days after it's release)
and SHOCKINGLY it's the best app like this so if you REALLY want to get those legendaries and somehow spend longer than in the mainline games to get one, then here you go

It’s an okay app but there are a few issues…

1. Too many bots. You get into a raid only to find out the host of the raid is a bot. This is not so bad if it is a 1 or 3 tier raid, but when you get to legendary or 5 tier raids is causes issues in that instead of 6 trainers battling, there are only 5.

2. Half the time the bots never send you an invite so here one sits and wastes almost 7 minutes to join a raid only to never get an invite.

3. No accountability. You get in a legendary tier 5 raid and there are six trainers. In the last 5 seconds trainers leave the raid and you don’t have enough time to bail out. The result is you have between 1 and 3 trainers and there is no way to win! You have to leave and end up losing your remote raid pass. This actually happens quite often! Where is the accountability for this? The reason they bail is issue 4 below.

4. Anyone of any level can join a raid. The issue is that when fighting a legendary or tier 5 raid, the other trainers don’t have the power to win the raid. You end up being defeated as there is not enough power between the 6 trainers! At least put in something in GORaidParty so that a minimum combat power is required to join certain raids!

You can get into some good raids with GORaidParty but most of the time you will be frustrated trying to join and end up wasting a lot of time!

While I appreciate GORaidParty a lot, I wouldn’t pay $15 a month to join before other people. The premium benefits do not outweigh that huge recurring (??) cost. Right now, Uxie just joined raids, so I understand if GORaidParty is overloaded, but it won’t even refresh anymore. I get so many error messages (“unable to load data! please try again!”) that it’s not worth waiting for a raid to come up. I hope this is only related to the high traffic today and not a new bug because it WILL make me stop using. Otherwise, in the past, GORaidParty has always worked well. It’s honestly been a godsend sometimes! Rooms fill quick (which is good and bad) and it connects just as well as it would if I was raiding in person. The notifications are instant and super helpful. It’s also a simple UI and I can add the hosts quickly and easily. I’d like the ability to add the other people in the rooms just to see if anyone caught a shiny boss (haha)

If you don’t have premium, good luck getting into a popular remote raid. The 10 second priority queue you get for paying is an extreme advantage. Lobbies get filled up very fast and you’ll never get a chance to get into one.
Also, a lot of times when I create a raid people just don’t join. Not sure if it’s because there’s not enough people using GORaidParty but the “PokeRaid” app always finds people very fast, even during busy times when new legendaries come out.
Overall it’s a decent app when it works. I’ve completed some legendary raids that were smooth and quick. Although a lot of the time people don’t join because it’s so busy. I’d recommend an option to make people watch adds to get the “priority queue” so that people who don’t pay can get a chance.

So GORaidParty is great for making friends and catching Pokémon all across the world it’s actually the only app I would recommend to anybody who plays Pokémon go, whoever I have come to notice that there are bots, these bots range from level 20+ — level 40 but haven’t caught any Pokémon or very few which doesn’t make any sense and after trying to get into raids countless time it’s frustrating not being able to join a raid Bc you added a bot. However there are tons of great ppl to become friends with and build up friendship easily.

I used this as a premium member for a month. I had to cancel for a bit. I decided to reactivate my subscription today. It went through just fine on the Apple store, but in the ap it kept telling me that only premium members can enter a raid in the first 10 seconds. I AM a premium member! And I could find no one to contact about this, so I’m putting it here. Please help

I have to say I really enjoyed using Pokégenie to do raids when I couldn’t get enough people around town to help do them or just didn’t have any raids around to do. But there was always issues with using Pokégenie, from time to time I’d sit in queue for I don’t know how long and then I’d finally get into a raid lobby. Add the host and wait for it to let me know the host sent invs to us players in the lobby, then to find out I never got a inv to the raid I waited x amount of time in the queue and lobby for. So I’d have to join another long frustrating queue just to try and get another chance. Now with using this new app I just came across on GORaidParty Store Go Raid Party GORaidParty is so much easier to do the raiding feature and get into lobby’s or even host raids. I would definitely recommend GORaidParty to anyone who is looking to actively raid remotely to help catch Pokémon you might need or just to even farm for Shiny Pokémon, Candy, Mega Candy, or even IV’s. I have been raiding a lot and it’s not failed me yet. Check GORaidParty out and I don’t think you will be disappointed with the results.

GORaidParty is great. I’ve been using it to do 5+ legendary raids per day. I host during local raid hours as well as join other raid groups during 9:30pm-7:00am while they’re aren’t raids locally. If you use the free version (like me) you’re competing with many people for 1 of 5 spots available. Premium users only can join during the first 10 seconds a raid becomes available, after that free users can join. Since there are so many free users competing for a spot within a second or two the raid is full. If you click “join” as soon as the timer goes from 9:50s to 9:49s, you shouldn’t have any issues joining after 1-2 attempts. With multiple legendary raids per minute there’s not an issue. Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from? Just be quick on the trigger so to speak, if you don’t want to pay $...

(The only issues I have are; that “unless u pay”, u can’t filter out lower lvls, so occasionally you run into a situation where you join a legendary raid & the other players are all beginners. & premium service should be way cheaper.. I already have to buy remote raid passes, & the game itself is free, IMO this should be a one time fee of $5 or 1$-2$ monthly).

This is a well made, SAFE, and amazing app for those of us who want to host and join Pokemon Go raids without risking our accounts or out health. It's easy to find and join raids when there may be none near you. It's also easy to host a raid and ensure you have support in taking down high level raids. The instructions are easy and GORaidParty does not connect with the game itself or violate the terms & conditions, so you know you'll be safe to play.

Thanks to the creators who made and continue to improve this game. PS: the VIP upgrade is totally worth it if you plan on doing a lot of raiding!

I live out on a state route and not close enough to town to have any raids even remotely close to me! After having 5 back surgeries it’s not always easy to jump in the car and drive the 25 minutes to town to get to town and start raiding. My regular friends use to raid all the time but not so much any more. I can’t get enough people online at the same time to do the 5⭐️ Raids so I miss the Bosses and can never do the MEGA RAIDS! But now I can anytime I want! I LOVE ❤️ IT!!!! I am only having one problem, after I catch the boss after the raid I can’t get off that screen without closing Pokémon go and resetting it! Is this normal or a bug and is anyone else having this problem? And how do I fix it?

No more waiting in lobbies hoping enough people show up. Just host a raid and instantly you get a crew, so great and honestly will make it easier to focus on my other work and stuff since I don’t need to bump in and out of a lobby around raid times.

The only things I have for constructive feedback is I wish is that it let hosts set a max party limit so if you have like one or two real friend that you normally battle with you could choose to only take 4 players. Also sometimes raids as a host seem to take minutes before the first person can join even though I know there are people chomping at the bit to get into a party on the other side for this boss (Darkrai) since slots go lightning fast from their side

Thought I was using GORaidParty wrongly because I couldn’t find a raid for a couple of minutes - was about to give up, but a raid popped up, and we ended up winning it. I was so excited for the fact that my patience paid off, and that GORaidParty worked. The only thing I saw that made me uncomfortable was that the text is hard to read whilst using Dark Mode on your phone. Also, when I tap my profile, I can’t exit out, you have to press “submit” and for first time users, that induces heavy paranoia. Especially for an app where people depend on each other.

Other than that, I just hope a donation button gets added. I’d easily give up a minimum of $5 dollars just because he’s providing a free service. EZ pocket change for the developer.

I wrote in my review after spending maybe 30 seconds in GORaidParty & already a day in frustrated from all the other sources that never successfully were able to let me join in a remote raid. After my uneducated & in experienced review…
I had a few handful of ppl reach out to me to set me straight abt GORaidParty & these are my Poké Buddies.. that I regularly interact & play with in Pokémon Go.
I sincerely apologize for the bad review & there is no excuse for me to have submitted a review when I hadn’t even spent an entire minute in GORaidParty . See last night when I downloaded GORaidParty it was in the early morning hours and within the first few hours since the much anticipated debut of 3 amazing legendary Pokémon making their way back into the raids.
Some websites and apps crashed from the demand. GORaidParty not only stood through the Demand but gave new comers.. even me after a bad review.. a quick an efficient way to jump in on a remote raid.
There are no other apps out there with a platform like this one.

The new Premium features render the free version effectively useless. Not allowing you to join within the first 10 seconds...not allowing you to attempt to join a previously full raid party that now has an open slot within 10 seconds of your last attempt. The likelihood of joining a level 3+ raid is slim with the new restrictions. You’ll almost never be successful for popular bosses. I’m sure that was by design to force people to go premium, but it totally kills the user experience. Also $15/mo. Is a steep price given the average feature set. $15 total maybe...weak maybe, but there isn’t sufficient value being delivered to warrant the subscription model.

GORaidParty was amazing before the developers added the premium tier. I get it,,,you guys want to make money but come on, free users have to wait 10 seconds before joining said lobby but before those 10 seconds are over guess what .... all and literally all raids groups are full. Plus honestly 15 dollars a month is kinda sus.. maybe I would willingly pay 15 to 25 for a lifetime premium (or 5 Dollars per month) but hell no I’m not paying 15 dollars a month in a third party app just to be able to play a game. I’ll rather spend the extra money and go buy my self the Pokémon sword/shield expansions or any other Pokémon game. Plus not to mention that the developer only respond using a automated response.

Also, I’ve run into the issue of not receiving invites. I have a feeling that someone else received my invite because they were previously in the party, added the host, and left. And the host sent invites to the 5 most recent friends which may have been before me adding them.

Overall, I was impressed when GORaidParty first came out. Now that word has spread about GORaidParty , I need some way to see if I am wasting my remote pass and I want to be guaranteed my invite instead of waiting 10 minutes for nothing to show.

Edit: the dev is somehow trying to justify this by saying nothing has been taken away. They cite that lugia will be raidable for free users within 2 days after release, but preventing people from using GORaidParty to raid new content for such a time without paying is in fact taking something away. And plus shinx raids stuff like that always fill up fast even late in the week. Not only that but this developer took a lot of passionate feedback from users to make GORaidParty better and now they want to charge EXORBITANT fees to have a good experience. Feels bad. I have further lowered my review from 2* to 1*. There are plenty of free alternatives to GORaidParty. Uninstall this and go use those.

Had this application for 2 months and everything was lovely before they had a monthly subscription. I'm just saying this out of suspicion cause theres been some players or "bots" hosting parties and not having the intention of actually raiding, not sure if it's a strategy to force players to buy the monthly subscription.
Don't get me wrong there's actual players hosting raids but some people or bots are creating fake raids and wasting people's time. Developers should do something about this.
Regardless of all the problems the UI is beautifully design and easy to use, not sure if I'll be using the application no more.

Ok GORaidParty was great. Got a bunch of raids and high level Pokémon I couldn’t do in my local area. But now I can’t join a group in the first 10 seconds unless I’m premium. Ok I’m willing to support GORaidParty it’s good. Look at the premium price. 15$ a month!! No way!! That’s ridiculously high! 15 a year or 20 a year ok I get but not a month no way. Sooooo now I can’t get into the raids I really want or need because I’m not paying that much. So it went from a 5 star app to a 2. I have a full time job but I can’t justify spending 15$ a month on an app to help me get Pokémon. Not worth it in my opinion when I have real bills to pay.

With the latest update, a subscription fee was introduced for access premium content. No more ads, push notifications for raids you’re seeking, first 10 seconds exclusivity to make it easier to join sought after raids, see everyone’s level, create private premium raid groups, set minimum requirements to join, and a sparkle next to your name to show off your status.

It all sounds great but asking for $15 a month for this is a steep and hard ask if you ask me. GORaidParty is great and the functionality is fantastic, but that $15 is a hard pill to swallow.

Overall GORaidParty is amazing but I’m a bit sad about this new feature the “premium feature” I’m seeing a lot of raids I’d love to be in but this new feature doesn’t allow me in you wanna know how? Well the premium feature allows you to join 10 seconds earlier then non-premium members by the time the ten seconds are up it’s to late. I’m really disappointed but GORaidParty is overall really great

In theory it's a good app. I don't mind paying a small amount per month to get rid of ads, but the current fee is a bit over the top. Currently a subscriber, but may change to unpaid next month. There are some 10-20 bits in the game, which ensures that there are almost always a raid to join. But they do jump out jump before the raid starts so they don't use any passes. Which is not a problem in the 1 or 3 star raids, but may be a problem in a 5* raid if half the raiders are level 20 or thereabouts. In the 5* raids you're better off joining a raid hosted by a real player (you'll learn to recognise the bots fairly quickly).

This app is crap!! I was looking for some other raid apps and came across this one. I lose so many raid passes using this app. The host that invites is a low level, and if you look at his it says he has never won a raid. Well then he invites, and when the clock counts down and hits 0, the host drops out. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done a raid with 5 people, and 5 people is more then enough to beat the raid, but fir some reason we lose, and I lose my pass. Honestly I probably beat 1 out of 7 raids I get into. Thats a lot of money in raid passes. So ya there is something very fishy about this apps hosts, and just the app in general. So be very cautious!

What is with the secondardy astronomical fee of $50.49 Canadian? This is fucking bullshit and I will put this complaint on every social media page i can find. This also includes all Pokemon facebook groups I am in. Return my fucking money 💰! You already charge $15.00 a monyh so what is the $50.49 for!!!!!!!?????????

The app is great if it works to connect to international players but I don’t understand why most of the time I don’t get the invites to join the lobby - wasting a lot of time waiting . So I paid premium to see if I get more chance to join in but host doesn’t even send invite . V frustrating waiting and checking back on app what’s happening . Then I get notification to thumbs up or down to rate on raid awesome or not.

I've been in the RAID PARTY lineup 14 times today...and 3 of those times the "RAID PASS" that appears for me to join is a LOCAL RAID PASS (I have 3 REMOTE Passes in my Items bag); 9 times the "Party has started-go to PokemonGo" message appears, but the Party never comes up in my Raid Box Announcement box--so I'm sure it looks like I'm not TRYING TO GET IN...and finally the 2 times that everything else seems to be going RIGHT...I realize that others are probably having the same problems that I am...because only 2 or 3 Trainers are 'showing up'! NOT COOL.
