Yoga iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Yoga app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yoga app on iPhone
Update Yoga app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yoga iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yoga on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yoga network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yoga Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yoga not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yoga App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yoga » click [Force Stop]

Update Yoga to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yoga App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yoga » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yoga.

Fix Yoga unable to contact server/ Yoga internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yoga » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yoga » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yoga
