Frame is not connecting to wifi can not transfer photos
The frame keeps saying installing update for 2 days. Tried to power off still does it for a full day. Unplugged power and same message.
It doesn’t turn on by itself anymore because when I touch it on it asks if I want to update it and I have to say yes everyday. It only lets me say yes and not no. It never clears out so the timer works.
I can’t connect to my frame. I have a good internet connection and the frame says it’s connected but every time I try to get the QR code to connect my photo, it says cannot connect to network. I’ve tried restarting it and forgetting the network but nothing works

When I try to send a picture from my phone to my photo frame I get the message, network unavailable, in the past after about 6 tries it sends the picture but now I keep getting the message unavailable.
