compré unos libros hace 2 meses y solo 2 me han llegado y el 3 supuestamente se perdió en no sé dónde y disque me mandaron otro, pero a todo esto el servicio al cliente pésimo toman días en contestar y te dan soluciones que no tiene ningún tipo de sentido. Aparte hay q escribirles en múltiples ocasiones para q siquiera te envíen un correo👎🏻 y sigo esperando mi libro

E-books simplemente no funciona

Pésima aplicación, compré e books para ir leyendo en mis trayectos y la app simplemente no funciona. Es una pesadilla. No compren e books pensando que los podrán leer en sus iPads . Ni siquiera los puedo leer en su página web, que por cierto tampoco es muy amigable. Decepción total.
