I started in BSF in the 1980’s when I saw a dramatic beautiful change in my neighbor and friend. I asked if I could go with her. I learned so many things about God’s Word, history, the culture of the Hebrew language and people. Most of all, I saw how God pursues us because He loves us so very, very much!!! I stopped going for several years and realized that there was something big missing in my life, so I decided to go back. My heart was full again with what I was learning and my marriage got better. It is so rich that I cannot stop going. I learn new and wonderful things with every study. I highly recommended this deep and applicable way of learning and growing spiritually.

I really like BibleStudyFellowshipApp to do my BSF lesson and was very excited to see the notes have been added. I was previously downloading the notes and had to open them separately to refer to during out group discussion.

Another feature that would be greatly appreciated is the ability to add highlights to the notes. When you select text in the individual downloaded notes file you have the option to highlight and attach a note.

When you highlight text in the notes inside the BSF app the only option available is to copy the text.

Well-thought App but not yet working like it could potentially. E.g. On the laptop, you could fill out the answers on the PDF files but they will not save. You lose answers as soon as you leave the page. If you use the iPad to fill out the answers, it will save them yet not sync across all devices, so if you open BibleStudyFellowshipApp next on your cel, or website on laptop, all answer spaces are blank although saved on iPad. Only saves filled-out answers on either iPad or cel individually. Also, BibleStudyFellowshipApp layout is better than the website page. Finally, when my husband logs in on his account, he has various things that I don’t have access to on mine. So, the website does not work the same for men’s groups or women’s groups I guess. This is our first time participating.

I love I can do questions on my phone but since BibleStudyFellowshipApp came out I can’t listen to the lecture at all whether going through the my bsf link in BibleStudyFellowshipApp or logging in through safari or google. I could last year on any of my devices. Now the only thing I can listen to it on is my computer and that isn’t very helpful when I try to fit into busy schedule.
I contacted app support and their response was to contact Apple and have them fix it since it works on my computer. Now I need to figure out how to contact Apple. This is the first app that the tech support has put it back on the customer to figure out how to fix it. And from reading through the thread and talking to others I’m not alone.
I did figure out a work around on my husband iPad but didn’t work on mine, mine is older.

I’ve been doing lesson questions in PDF for years, and BibleStudyFellowshipApp makes everything available in one place. It’s especially neat and helpful that I can compare different version/languages of scriptures within BibleStudyFellowshipApp when clicking on scripture references.
A few fixes could make BibleStudyFellowshipApp even better: 1) Every time I open BibleStudyFellowshipApp , it automatically starts with portrait mode. I had to detach my iPad from magic keyboard, rotate it to get back to landscape mode. 2) BibleStudyFellowshipApp does not allow to load another app side-by-side. with a 12.9” ipadPro, it will be great to have the option available.

I have enjoyed using BibleStudyFellowshipApp on my iPad. I just take my iPad to the group meetings and have my questions and answers available. No printing or downloading question. You do not have to have Wi-Fi to use BibleStudyFellowshipApp once it is downloaded. I feel it is easier to read than the paper questions and notes. You can also just click on the verse sited in each question and it brings up the referenced verses. This makes the study much more efficient. I like that I can take my iPad anywhere and work on my lesson and studying the Word of God. Blessings

I’m a leader in BSF and I have really loved using BibleStudyFellowshipApp SO much! It helps me be able to do my lessons wherever I am and I love that i can write however much I want for the questions without having to squeeze my writing into a little space. One thing I would love is if they could add an audio bible option on BibleStudyFellowshipApp because I use the audio to help me stay focused on the passage (ADHD brain here! Lol). I can still use another app for this, but it would be a total game changer if it was available on the BSF app!

I love BibleStudyFellowshipApp. I can do my lesson a day at a time. I can really meditate on each days verses and question. It really makes a difference on how much I receive from each days lesson. I use to do all of it within a couple days now I just enjoy each days question. And I go on social media less.

I absolutely adore BibleStudyFellowshipApp because it allows me to be ALMOST completely lazy. It’s lightning quick, supports dictation, has wonderful resources within BibleStudyFellowshipApp … But it does not sync between my devices. So what I do on my phone won’t be on my laptop or my iPad when I get home- RATS!

REMEMBER: I am lazy, but THANKFUL!!!

This is my favorite way to do my lesson. BibleStudyFellowshipApp is intuitive, easy, & everything you need. I can speak my answer using the microphone on the integrated keyboard. Thanks for making it work on older iPads. I dread the day when my IOS is too old for BibleStudyFellowshipApp to update. One suggestion: include an annotation/pen function so leaders can make notes about their discussion strategy. Not being able to lead from BibleStudyFellowshipApp keeps GLs from using it weekly, and they'd rather not print it out in order to mark it up. -BSF leader

The BSF app is a fantastic way to do daily Bible study and learn more about God’s word. The daily lessons have a convenient tab which opens the precise passage of the Bible for easy reading. The notes provide in-depth information regarding the context of the passage. It is by far the best method to study the Bible which I have found.

Hopefully the official BSF app will eventually include two features I use every time I do my BSF lessons with CBSF: AudioBible to listen to Scripture and the ability to easily access the NASB on the web version bible. The only bible version inside BibleStudyFellowshipApp is NIV. The only web choice is Spanish. I can choose the Spanish version and then change to the English NASB but that has to done manually every single time I go into the Bible. That gets old fast. Please add these features before you force CBSF to retire.

My only complaint would be the rotation of the screen. I was hoping to use my IPad so I can type my answers to the questions but when I open BibleStudyFellowshipApp it immediately goes the wrong direction. If I turn my iPad the keyboard will not work. So if you would make is so the screen will adjust to the way the iPad is laying that would be much appreciated.

Before the addition of the notes I was able to answer all my questions and then print them out, but now the print option only prints the notes.

I love the easy access to scripture; especially within the questions. It’s so easy to record answers and go from day to day. GREAT APP!

BibleStudyFellowshipApp is GREAT! Except...I just finished my first week’s lesson and printed from BibleStudyFellowshipApp and some of my words are cut off at the bottom of the page. Also there is this symbol “<<“ at the beginning of each of my answers. I have enjoyed using it...but can you add margins to the print feature and fix the “<<“ feature?

I have ranted & raves about BSF since the moment I knew about it. It’s an amazing organization. No politics, under lying motives, just real people wanting to teach, learn & grow in Jesus! It’s literally changed my life and I suggest this to ANYONE- despite your background, preferences, or knowledge on the Bible- it’s a fit for everyone.

I’m disappointed to find that the question answers do not seem to transfer between devices. While doing my lesson at home, I find it easier to enter the answers from my computer. However at class, I need to use my phone due to WiFi limits preventing using my computer. The trouble is, I can’t get my answers between the 2 devices.

BibleStudyFellowshipApp makes studying the Bible easy and convenient. The daily personal study questions and scripture are literally at your fingertips. As a busy mom it makes studying the Bible easy to do while on the go.

I love BibleStudyFellowshipApp, but when I open up my lesson questions I do not see the ability to print my questions. There is no print icon as it is when I open up the lessons. That is the reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Please fix.

God blessed me with this bible study only 5 years ago and I pray I NEVER leave! We are truly blessed that God held BSF together and kept our foundation strong through this crazy time. As a leader in a Women’s Evening group I am grateful for everything this has done in my life! Love you!
