- Unable to save drafts/unsent posts

- Impossible to edit one’s profile on the app

- Custom emojis in people's display names dip below the name into the body of their post

- No option to change the text size

How to fix Metatext app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Metatext app on iPhone
Update Metatext app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Metatext iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Metatext on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Metatext network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Metatext Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Metatext not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Metatext App
1. On android, goto Settings » Metatext » click [Force Stop]

Update Metatext to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Metatext App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Metatext » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Metatext.

Fix Metatext unable to contact server/ Metatext internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Metatext » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Metatext » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Metatext
