Have the same ios as my girl, tried on the 14 pro max and 15 pro max. FordCredit keeps on crashing and won’t even let me log in
I keep on getting error when trying to load FordCredit . I am able to sign on but unable to view everything
“We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later” is the error I keep getting
FordCredit hasn’t worked for me since I’ve had it. Called support and they finally got me in and behold I can’t add my bank account to make payments. Should have just left it alone on the Ford pass app and not try to fix something that isn’t broke

App and login don’t work. Tried logging in several times using my computer and app and it’s not emailing the code and the area where you put the code in isn’t showing up either. So annoying!
I enter password and goes to white screen and nothing happens. Please fix
Old version was way better and easier the worst part about FordCredit is Locations it’s always crashing never accurate and hardly works half the time fix it please this is insane!!!!

App does not work. Thought maybe it was my phone since I don’t like to update it so I tried on my work phone which has to be kept on the latest iOS version and still FordCredit does not work. Try to sign in and it will just kick you back to the sign in screen
I’m logged in and it has me authenticate with my email. After doing so it shows the ford credit symbol like it’s loading the next page. I’ve tried this on my iPhone and both apple and android tablets. FordCredit is garbage
Can’t sign-in. Enter info, acts like it’s going to sign-on and returns to the sign-in screen again. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result.
Downloaded hoping to make my payments go a little easier and FordCredit won’t open.
Can no longer log in since update 3 weeks ago. Says it doesn't support “commercial accounts”. I am not a business, just an average citizen.
Since the recent update, I have lost all functionality on 360° lighting, pro power on board, and trailer information. Please bring these functions back!
I had to get FordCredit to pay on my phone only because the website is absolutely abysmal with absolutely nothing working.
FordCredit is useless when trying to get lease info, you click and get a blank screen. I can’t wait to be done with Ford.
All the buttons and links on FordCredit seem to work.
However, FordCredit doesn’t seem to be coordinated with the bank very well.
FordCredit includes miles on my lease that were on the car from before my lease. So having FordCredit keep track of the wrong mileage isn’t useful.
Today I got an app notification that my payment is late. But when I open FordCredit , it shows as cleared.
It’s only convenient if it works. Otherwise, it’s yet another thing I have to spend time on to make sure I’ve got my numbers right.
Hello! Love FordCredit ! Can we please add additional frequency or cadence of payments, or multiple scheduled payments to be allowed? I’d like to see weekly, bi weekly, or even the ability to schedule payments out instead of 1 payment scheduled and then having to wait for that to complete before scheduling the next. Thanks!

Not sure how long this has been out but it just popped up on my other ford app. It was a bit of a hassle paying through the ford pass app and I often wondered why there was not an app like this to make payments. THERE IS NOW!!!!! Excellent app! Easy to navigate! Etc. Thank you!!!!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
