App has constant force closes, the website can’t keep you logged in when changing through pages on multiple browsers, customer support just dismissed any issues you have, no one from tech support reaches out and the devs don’t care about these comments. Trash all around.

Rentler needs more improvement when it comes to speed, interface, functionality, features, and the biggest thing is it always lag.

Update 6/5: developers, please make Rentler crash proof. It always crashes and it’s being useless right now.

I sent a landlord a message using Rentler. I was never asked to allow notifications from Rentler, so I assume I won’t get any when they DO message back. On top of that, my session expires periodically, so I have to constantly sign back in. There’s no biometric auth options, so I have to type out my email and password every time.

So I can filter in $100 increments if I am looking for a rental under $1000 but only in thousand dollar increments after that. If I am looking for a $1200 rental I don’t want to have to see those among a bunch of $1700 and $1800 rentals.

Would love Rentler otherwise.

Rentler is fine other than every time I open it, it tells me the session has expired and I have to login again. It doesn’t remember my email. No option for Face ID. If I go out of Rentler for more than an hour, I’m logged out again. Suuuuuuper time consuming.

App frequently freezes and crashes. Places I browse don’t pop up when I click on them, or other listings pop up instead. I encounter loading issues almost every time I use Rentler . Once you exceed $900 in the price menu, highest and lowest prices can only be set by the thousands, so if your price isn’t set on an even 1000, you will be shown listings you aren’t interested in or you cannot afford. Rentler wants to be convenient and user-friendly, but is sloppy in its execution. Feels unfinished.

If I remember right I think I used Rentler to find my place. But for current tenants/landlords, there really needs to be a feature to manage maintenance requests and pay rent

I’ve been using this app on my desktop for a year or more, and it runs well if I visit the website through mobile chrome or safari. The website is well built and easy to navigate. When I saw Rentler , I thought, how great! But I can’t seem to find a way to pay my rent to my landlord through Rentler .
I searched for my address, thinking I could sort it out by manual plug in but no luck. It only shows places available to rent.

I will continue to use this app. As it’s been a breeze to make payments.
I just hope this feature comes to Rentler because that would be make the experience perfect 🙂

I really like Rentler overall. It’s easy to use and accurate but I have complaint that is pretty annoying. I don’t like when you are sorting through monthly rental prices that you can only set it to “$1000 or less, or $2000 or less”, as I am looking for prices in between. It would greatly increase efficiency, especially because I am also looking for a rental in a downtown area, and it pops up a crazy amount of units within that prices range. Even adding a $1500/month or less option would be helpful.

There is no way to enter exact numbers for price ranges. You can sort by 100 increments but only under 1000... not much help there. Also I wish you could filter by certain types of parking, not just if there is any or not.

Fantastic app for renters and tenets, regardless if you’re a slumlord or renting out your posh mansion while you spend the winter in Tahiti!

I loved how easy Rentler was to navigate through, and how many options were available that fit our exact needs! We were able to find the perfect place through this app, and suggest it to everyone looking for a new place!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a rental property and doesn’t know where to start! Rentler is highly easy to use, it helps you compares properties in the area so much easier. I have been using this app for a couple of years now! So happy that they finally launch an app. I am in search of a place to move and this came just in time. I easily could browse using the map & the filters, I can look at all availability so much faster. Another great feature is that the map give me instant price of a property. The absolute best is the message feature, it makes communication with landlord so much easier! I can get information quicker and stay extra organized.

this app has been such a great partner for me. With the free screenings and the background check, and also payment collections. It makes my life so much easier.

What an easy to navigate app! So easy to see all the the properties available to rent in a desired area whether traditional apartments, shared rooms or entire households. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking for a place to rent!

The this app team - they’re tremendous people - believe me when I say they’ve put a lot of money in making renting an easier experience for both landlords and renters. Truly magnificent app but truly magnificent people.

I like this app’s interface and navigation more than any other apps! Also, I like how Rentler shows all the listings on the map and how easy it is to navigate it. We used it with my husband to find a new rental in Salt Lake, and it was so much helpful!

I would rate Rentler higher if it wouldn’t crap out every 15 minutes and then not be able to reload it for another hour.
How am I suppose to find a place to rent if Rentler won’t work?

Rentler is supported for tenants only and has no landlord version. Hopefully that in the future this app can add an landlord version to it.

It's user friendly, just write down the name in the area where you want to search then the system will do the rest for you. I love the way it shows on the map, all available rental property along with price and pictures when you tap on it.
You can request to apply or request a tour for a house you like by just a click. Also, I love the "heart" aka favorite feature so you don't loose the property which you are interested in but need more time to think about it.
Rentler is absolutely helpful for all tenant. Easy to use, easy to apply. I highly recommend it to everyone.
