Every time I enter the code you send me to my email, I am still unable to get into my account to check on applications and rental information requests
Session constantly expires

I sent a landlord a message using this app. I was never asked to allow notifications from this app, so I assume I won’t get any when they DO message back. On top of that, my session expires periodically, so I have to constantly sign back in. There’s no biometric auth options, so I have to type out my email and password every time.
Horrible all around

App has constant force closes, the website can’t keep you logged in when changing through pages on multiple browsers, customer support just dismissed any issues you have, no one from tech support reaches out and the devs don’t care about these comments. Trash all around.

The app needs more improvement when it comes to speed, interface, functionality, features, and the biggest thing is it always lag.
Update 6/5: developers, please make the app crash proof. It always crashes and it’s being useless right now.
