How to fix Skeepit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skeepit app on iPhone
Update Skeepit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skeepit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skeepit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skeepit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skeepit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skeepit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skeepit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skeepit » click [Force Stop]

Update Skeepit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skeepit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skeepit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skeepit.

Fix Skeepit unable to contact server/ Skeepit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skeepit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skeepit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
