I got this cheap little teeny cam from Temu because it had great reviews so I figured how could I lose? Lol anyways didn’t realize they scam you with trying to buy storage- could have SWORE the cam said it came with an SD card but I’ll have to double check that but so anyways I decide I’ll buy a month of storage and no payment options work! I am sooooo annoyed! There are 3 payment options: credit card, wallet and PayPal. Tried all 3 and they all failed. I even almost bought a year at first. So bummed about this.

Needed Linklemo for a Temu mini WiFi camera. App is so bad as to be almost completely useless. Basic functionality is missing, and had to quit Linklemo every time I went to view the camera live as there was no “back” option to exit live view once opened. Also no way to view stored/recorded video from the camera’s MicroSD card via Linklemo . After thoroughly testing it for about 20 minutes and seeing all its serious problems I deleted Linklemo .

Who do I need to contact to log in into a picture frame that I have used for 2 years???
It boots me off after time and it shows error when I try to log in.
I deleted and reinstalled- same error message.

Bought 2 of the digital photo frames for Christmas gifts and we’re working great
Now I’m not even able to log in to my account. Saying account doesn’t exist😤
Picture frames are working but now I can’t get in to upload more pictures

I refuse to agree to anything that I cannot read! When clicking on the privacy policy and service agreement both in the primary statement and at the bottom of the page, nothing appears but a blank page!

Linklemo doesn’t work, it will not allow be to create an account (which you are forced to do), I cannot use the camera that depends on this application! I would strongly suggest NOT purchasing ANY product that requires the use of this bug riddled, privacy disrespecting spyware!

Linklemo was fairly easy to use in the beginning , but when I wanted to upload NEW photos Linklemo kept crashing, I reset my photo frame and lost the pictures that were on it just to have no pictures period. Without Linklemo the photo frame won’t work so ..

I’ve never been more disappointed in an app. This was supposed to be an easy to use system (which is why we got the photo frame for my grandparents). So hard to set up and impossible to use!! App keeps saying I need the correct information to log in (which I am using).

Linklemo is terrible it doesn’t actively send alerts to your phone when it identifies movements consistently. The camera is good but it only works with Linklemo unfortunately. I had an account and now it’s saying I am not registered this is horrible I do not recommend until they fix this issue my camera is useless because I can’t login.

Got it with several Temu item that I finally decided to buy some of their stuff… big mistake but small investment. So, I tried to use camera and after 10 minutes of my life I’ll never get back again, I tossed it.

Got the photo frame, and had my grandson add some photos to it. Decided to add some more, and I am completely locked out of Linklemo ! Tried all my usual passwords and all errors. Clicked forgot password and get another error. Tried creating a new account both with email and Apple ID and it says I already have an account. Do NOT buy anything from this crappy Chinese company!!

I bought this frame for my grandmother last year and she just went on a big trip. Now she wants to upload those photos and it won’t work. I know these apps very well. I can’t login, I can’t create a new account. Nothing. Absolutely unworkable app. Even when I remember it working last year I could only bump one photo at a time. No logins possible. Please please please fix.

I really had faith in him... he records with good quality. The interface is not so bad if we don't look at the price... I think they offer a good product for the price, now the cloud utilities are for decoration... unless I take a photo or record a video I can't see The rest... I had an intrusion and it gave me the motion alert but I was never able to watch the video to see the person... hoooo and I also paid the 3 dollars for the plies and it was of no use... I want my money back.

Linklemo is truly awful. I have the digital picture frame which I received as a gift. The thing does not cooperate and is cumbersome. The photo inverted (weird colors) and I could not log back into Linklemo after factory reset to resolve the issue. I have attempted to reset my password but it NEVER sends the text message, even after verifying everything is correct! I spent actual hours trying to fix it. Giving up and getting a different product. DO NOT GET PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE Linklemo!

I got the WiFi picture frame for Christmas and was excited I saw the reviews and got a bit scared. Set everything up and Linklemo is a bit slow but the pictures upload, it was easy to set up and works as it advertised! No complaints so far

I was able to login once and set up my device but not I get an error: data record doesn’t exist. Password reset doesn’t work. New account doesn’t work. Update: to login change the country +Americas to something else and back and then it will let you create a login or login.

It was useful up to a point, like keeping it on, i understand i have to charge it but why does it die so quickly and easily? Also if it sends an alert here to my phone i cant see what it is or what the alert is because i have to pay for it, which i have no problem with but it wont let me pay for it.

After reading reviews on here I was nervous about our digital picture frame. Downloaded Linklemo and it works fine if you have any level of experience with apps and using them.

Idk why all people say that app is not good, maybe they updated, but I like it, very easy to use

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but my lady encouraged me to try it and I’m happy I did. The photo frame syncs instantly to Linklemo and uploads photos and videos! Great app
