I had my first child three months ago. I’m 26 years old. My husband and I are studying for our bachelors.. therefore we don’t have a lot of money We put our trust in this product and we regret it so much. We thought “you get what you pay” and we ended up throwing 300 dollars in the trash. These products are meant to make moms’ life easier, but it does the exact opposite.. first off, is extremely painful, second you are going to end up wasting milk because the ridiculous square form of the bottle does not let you get all the milk out of it. When I complained about this, they told me to buy an syringe, I told them I that wouldn’t, because when a product is 300 dollars I expect it to work almost perfect, I’m not going to waste another single penny on this horrible product. Third, just like you can’t pour all the milk out, you can’t wash them properly, water will get stuck and when you are pumping, water is going to be mixed with your milk, giving water to a baby specially a new born could be dangerous. And you can’t even return the product because once is open, you can’t give it back. If I can go back to the day I bought this awful product and not get it i would be the happiest person. But now I just have to deal with the fact that I trusted this product and it absolutely disappointed me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS TRASH.

Clock disconnected itself from my WiFi one night, now thanks to an app update there’s no longer an option to re-add the clock I purchased. Clock won’t go into pairing mode despite following the product manual and customer service doesn’t know what to do. Clock is now an expensive paperweight. Thanks Tommee!!

Spent 45 minutes on this. Got nowhere. It only connects to 2.5ghz WiFi and not to 5ghz during setup. Why is this so difficult?!!! The help I see online shows you can do put it in AP mode. The app doesn’t let you! I don’t know what I’m going to do. If I can’t figure this out soon I’ll just return it. So frustrating!
