When I click on a specific test to book it on my iPhone 5s it displays a blue band at the top of the trustone.com webpage the remainder of which is blank.
Did our pre-flight COVID PCR tests, sent them on the Monday, called on Wednesday, twice, to be told they hadn't been delivered and as our flights were Thursday, ended up booking a guaranteed 24hr clinic test locally at much greater cost. Finally got the tracking number for Royal Mail to see that they had been received and signed for at 10:15 Wednesday morning, but they didn't tell me this at 14:00 the same day. Ended up wasting time and money on an additional test. Will not use them again

This app is used by Norwegian cruise lines, and it states “within 10 minutes you’ll receive an email to verify your account”. 6 days later, multiple attempts to have then resend still nothing.

Version history says login issues fixed 7 months ago. Completely unable to login with 2 separate accounts.
