This app is honestly so great

Ive never been a big fan of journaling which is what BlueFever is advertised for but it’s so much better than normal journaling, the way it’s set up makes it almost impossible to create a toxic environment like most social medias, the fact that you can’t comment and can only interact with people’s stuff through gifs/stickers and hugs can be inconvenient but you can understand why it’s set up like that, plus BlueFever is entirely anonymous so you don’t feel stressed to hide something or scared to share something in case someone you know irl will see it because there’s no way they could know it’s you! The different journals are awesome and the people on there are awesome and the way BlueFever is set up is awesome! I really do adore BlueFever for its wholesome, calm, easy to use environment

Amazing App for EVERYONE!!

BlueFever can be a lifesaver for just about anyone. It’s like having a support group in your pocket! Best part about it is that it’s anonymous - you can say how you feel and be honest without fear of being judged.
I was chosen by Blue Fever to be one of the first 30 to test BlueFever and I’m so glad I signed up for it like a year ago! Especially during the pandemic, it’s been a great little friend in my phone. I want to personally thank the Blue Fever team for this brilliant app and all of the little inspirational text messages it’s been giving me. Overall, BlueFever is simple and inspirational. Filled with so much love!!!! Great job guys!

Love the app, but it needs some fixing.

I love BlueFever so much. It allows me to be completely honest about what I’m feeling or experiencing, but stay completely anonymous, and without any judgment whatsoever. I love that I can just type up what I’m feeling and post it and know that other people are feeling the way I am.

But... it’s just a little buggy. I’ll get a whole journal page typed up and when I click on the “fun stuff” gif button at the bottom, BlueFever quits itself and the whole page I just wrote is deleted. Totally gone. Really frustrating when I’ve been feeling a lot of emotions and then I type it out and then it just... disappears. I’m not upset that I can’t ad pictures or gifs to my page, I’m upset that it deletes what I wrote. BlueFever is very comforting. Please look into this?

Needs Work

Although i love the idea, it has serious issues when it comes to content filtering. How is it that a post on a private journal is unable to be posted for inappropriate content when it is literally just me ranting about my 8th grade crush? I filtered out cuss words, i had used a few religious words that were semi in vain but otherwise that was it. If people are triggered by something, keep them from seeing it by keeping it out if their feeds. There’s no reason to be keeping it out of mine or preventing me from privately publishing it. Despite its advice saying I’ll be able to post whatever it was that’s triggering on a private journal, it lied. BlueFever is a good idea but it really just needs to AT LEAST let me know what it is that i need to change instead of the notice coming off condescending (even as AI).

Therapeutic and very creative!

I have been using blue for a long time now, and it has always been through texting, but the new app is amazing, and it is very helpful and creative! You can express what you are feeling, whether you’re upset or happy!

I love the “group hug” feature and how we can relate to other people on BlueFever!

A few recommendations to make it better would be....

1.) Add a feature for people to have some type of “for you” page. So the idea would be to select a hashtag, without having to make a note, and being able to scroll through other people’s notes! It would be very handy.

2.) Maybe add a talking feature where you can add a friend, and if they add you back, you can talk to each other? I know this is difficult because we want a nontoxic and safe community, but maybe add key words that can be censored in conversations, and blurred out. Kind of like animal jam!

3.) This isn’t a suggestion, BUT IM SO PROUD OF YOU GUYS! BlueFever is amazing and you’re doing so good! Love you! <3

OG message subscriber

I love BlueFever. so proud of you guys for going this far. I love how BlueFever looks and everything but it would be nice to be able to comment with my own words on other’s notes. I’m not sure if this is already there and I can’t find it but if it’s not, that would be a great thing to add because, not only would it be a toxic free environment but also a place to find people you can relate to anonymously. Oo!! another thing, i love how it’s anonymous. Maybe even personal dm option as well? BlueFever is amazing though. great job!!!💗thank you for giving me the chance of early access.

Great app, some suggestions though

Hey, just wanted to say this is a really incredible app and perfect for those struggling with mental health. I do have a couple suggestions though!

1. Enable a messaging feature so we can message each other

2. Add a comment section feature so we can give people advice in comment sections under their pages without having to create a separate page to give advice. It also helps for if you want to give someone some words of consolation and/or reassurance that they might need.

Promotes kindness, but a little buggy

So far, I love BlueFever. It allows for a healthy and safe way to share your thoughts an feelings without the risk of negativity. The issue I have is that reactions and hug RARELY get sent for me. I press the icons and nothing happens. Usually when it works the Huh icon turns yellow, and I’ve NEVER gotten reactions to work. The stickers and gifs won’t load when I go into reactions.
Other than that, there’s the bug where all the stuff on your note gets moved to the top left corner. Words, sticks, everything gets shifted and often it makes it where the note is impossible to read. Please address these issues, BlueFever is amazing, and it’s something people need

v cute

Blue fever is a really cute app. I think it would be a good addition to add the ability to make your own tag instead of choosing from a set list of tags and it would be nice if it was easier to scroll through things other users have posted without having to post something yourself first to look at a specific tag. This is an overall great app though, I love the sweet vibes the creators must have to be apart of this and the fact that it's made anonymous, so people can feel comfortable expressing freely.

Best Social Media Alternative

I go on BlueFever to see what people are REALLY feeling. It allows me to feel less alone like I do on social media. Much more real than other apps.

I love reacting to journal pages with stickers especially, you can support others with cute supportive drawings and gifs rather than combative comments <3

Also love that I can be creative on my pages with fun stickers and fonts and colors and backgrounds. I love hearing other peoples’ thoughts and beautiful poems and giving them advice.

So good

I really love Blue Fever because everytime I go on BlueFever , I feel so much stress leave. Instead of feeling like I’m complaining on ranting to people, I can have some fun with my own journals, stickers, giphs, and try to make others around me feel better. It’s so easy for me to get overwhelmed, and having these fun journals helps me relieve stress and find a fun way to express myself. I highly recommend BlueFever for anyone who feels like they need some virtual hugs, friends, or a kind and uplifting community

This app is so supportive DOWNLOAD

if you are someone who struggles even just a little bit sometimes, BlueFever will make your day and support you. the community here is so astonishing in a good way. when you post something, others can react and let you know that you’re not alone. not only that but things others post can be just what you needed to see to get you back on your feet. i highly suggest BlueFever to anyone who feels alone because you won’t anymore.

LOVE THIS APP!

This is an incredible creative outlet! I love how it is anonymous so you can write about anything. It’s so nice to feel that you are not alone and that people relate to your problems. I go on BlueFever when I am sad or I have no one to talk to, it helps so much. The vibes are spectacular. It’s an amazing way to express yourself!
I would also recommend BlueFever to anyone who feels like they are not heard or feels like they are alone. BlueFever sees the people relating to your posts with no hate.
💙💙

Daring grapefruit

I love BlueFever cause I used to think that everyone knew more than me and was way ahead but when I look at everyone’s pages everyone has the same struggles, no one is perfect they are just trying. It’s comforting to be able to share stuff I can’t tell my friends or my mom here. Takes the pressure off of me to be perfect if I know other people feel the same way. Hoping this will help me when I start school in a week…. Thanks Blue.

very good

i hardly write any reviews but this a good app to get, i’ve had ‘blue’ for a while and BlueFever made it easier for me to express my feelings a bit more.
As far as other apps i’ve gotten BlueFever is by far the best because it doesn’t feel like you’re getting one sided responses and it feels like you’re in loving community with many others who are also going through things. You get to help others while staying anonymous.

opinions!

haven’t been able to have BlueFever lately however i did notice things i personally believe should have changed! if these are already different, i wouldn’t know. i will however give an update when i get BlueFever again.

1) direct messaging. sometimes i wanted to connect with someone because they weren’t doing well and i couldn’t do that the way i wanted to. i think direct messaging will definitely bring this!

2) the posting format. i think we should be able to have two! something like the one we have now and others where you can do it in the form of a tweet instead of backgrounds! i know the backgrounds irritate my eyes and make it really hard for me to read and focus and honestly make me kinda anxious (im autistic) and its worse when i use the backgrounds myself. the two options would be great!

3) the format in general. i had a hard time navigating BlueFever when i was using it. and i generally just didn’t know where to go. hashtags mixed when i wanted to view only a specific one. this is what led to me giving up and later uninstalling (due to storage reasons.)

sorry if things have changed! this is based on the experience i had when i used it a couple months ago!

Love it!! Few suggestions though...

I was one of the first 30 people chosen to test BlueFever . I absolutely love it and I love all the support that you see throughout BlueFever . There are a few bugs here in there that I’m sure will be squashed with time. If I had to suggest anything, it would be that there was a way to send a supportive message to someone. Sometimes a little personalized message can really make someone’s day! Thanks for this amazing community! 💙

Amazing

Blue fever is such an amazing app! It’s a nice non toxic environment who lets people vent and say what they want you can say whatever and nobody will ever know who you are as you’re an anonymous person which is amazing! I’ve been apart of Blue for awhile and it helped with a lot I’m thrilled to be apart of the first 30 to get to try out BlueFever ! It’s so cute and easy to talk abt my feelings whether only blue can see that or anyone! Such a great app and I 100% recommend

Great concept, but a few additions

I really like BlueFever and I feel as if it is very helpful and useful in my life. It’s a very good outlet for expressing emotions and overall is is a very great thing. With that being said, I think there’s a few additions that could really help BlueFever help even more people.

First of all, I think there should be an option to allow people to give advice on posts. Something like an optional comment section. This would help people in uncertain situations.

Secondly, I think there should be public journals that cover heavier topics. Posts made to that journal should only be seen when clicking on it specifically. This would help people that need to vent about triggering things.

Those are the ideas that I have. Thank you for reading and I really hope you take this into consideration.

Self-Love

Going through eating disorder recovery, I always associated self-love with body image. When I joined the self-love journal on Blue Fever, I started to see self-love as not only related to body image. It’s so great! I realize now that self-love can be related to personality, relationships, and more. Being on Blue Fever has expanded my definition of what that means so much. I’ve heard people talk about loving themselves in ways I didn't think possible.

j’adore

i love BlueFever. i’ve been subscribed to text messages from blue (the ai big sis 💙) for a long time and as soon as they dropped BlueFever , i knew it would be amazing, and it is. such a great place to vent and find solidarity—all while anonymous. the gifs and stickers are a bit slow, but that’s to be expected from a new app and it doesn’t interfere with your ability to use them.

Download this app NOW!!

The community here is so sweet and kind you should download this if you have trouble with toxic communities! I love blue fever!

Blue forever!

I’ve always struggled with feeling almost alone in my small town. I recently tried this! And it is amazing! I love the fact that you can build a community through hug’s and likes. There’s no bad juju, it’s pretty regulated and you only have a few response options! It’s a definite yes for me!

Great community

It's a great place to go and just post about how you feel and not be judged. It makes you feel welcome and important at the same time. Happy or sad, mad or frustrated, all emotions are welcome and people are there to boost you up when you're down and to keep your fire going when you're at your peak. Download and you won't be disappointed
