This app requires me to delete it and reinstall every 24 hours just to see my offers and rewards. Not to mention the app takes forever to load my account and when it finally does it takes forever to see the offers. These hotels and casinos make millions off of gamblers like me but if I can’t see my comps and offers I’ll just take my money elsewhere

I’m trying to set up and link an account I signed up for in person and the select a birth date option is all broken. Even when I figured out how to workaround the problem, it said an error occurred and wouldn’t let me link accounts. Their desktop website is even worse, so there is virtually no way to manage my player account.

Recent updates to the app and apparently the back end have made it impossible to even log in. Some sketchy Microsoft banner asks to enter name and password. Ok, I did, and the correct ones. Seems OK, but just goes back to the log in screen. All it’s good for is advertising the restaurants, bars, etc. Doesn’t keep track of food and beverage comps. Why even bother?
