Hi I cannot seem to find the build and tone on the App Store settings or my PayPal to unsubscribe it has taken money after I used the free trial but I couldn’t see anywhere to unsubscribe , can you help me asap please Kind regards Alex

This app doesn’t even work. Everything malfunctions and several people complaining about same issues all over the IG for this app and it hasn’t been fixed. They just keep promoting it and charging for it. It doesn’t track your workouts. If you hit complete workout, the next day it still says day 1. I have completed 2 weeks worth and every day my workout still is stuck on day 1 and I have to manually go to the right workout so don’t get this app if you have a bad memory. Also, the meal plan randomly disappears and says no meals are available for the day. App could have been good if they had worked out kinks before launching. Instead they keep charging people and it’s such a scam.

I did the glute focused routine 5x a week and the routines gave me 3 leg workouts, a push day, and a pull day per week. For three weeks in a row for the “push” day half of the workouts were pull exercises which neglected a lot of push workouts and overdid the pull workouts. Also the leg workouts were repetitive and I didn’t get a lot of variety. For the diet portion I couldn’t figure out how to see what I was eating in bulk to figure out what I needed to buy for the week :/
I don’t normally write reviews but for paying for a monthly subscription I expected a lot and this app let me down.

first off, the app is very expensive. second off, it is simply not worth 18USD a month. the work outs are simple, you can find them for free on instagram. the meals are very bizarre and i would only eat about 5% of them. there is a bunch of glitches. it’s hardly customizable. and they make it super hard to cancel. the only part i like is tracking my complete workouts, but there are free apps you can use to do that. skip this one.
