Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ReadMi app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ReadMi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReadMi app on iPhone
Update ReadMi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReadMi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReadMi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReadMi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ReadMi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ReadMi app issues:

Force Stop the ReadMi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ReadMi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ReadMi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReadMi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ReadMi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ReadMi.

Fix ReadMi unable to contact server/ ReadMi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ReadMi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ReadMi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReadMi on android.
