I LOVE the flexibility and custom options and personalization capabilities. JournalPromptsQuestions is exactly what I have been searching for after downloading multiple habit/journaling apps. I do have a habit tracker along side this still for the visual data because I want to be able to see the consistency day after day but using the two apps side by side is perfect for accountability and motivation!
I have my template organized to track through my day and reminders set to check in 3 times a day.
My sections include: Sleep (wake up time amount of sleep, quality, and notes) Morning Mood (quick check in how Iβm feeling what I plan to do, what Iβm concerned about, my weight) breakfast lunch and dinner(note sections to hold accountability with protein priority) water tracker, exercise (types and minutes) daily rundown before bed (best part of the day, what could be improved, how many minutes of social media and being mindful, meal plan for tomorrow, todo list, and reminder to check in with my habit tracker)
