Ordered from GrillCity and requested for delivery but when I called Grill City to confirm they said they donβt do deliveries. GrillCity charged me for delivery PLUS tip for the driver and I ended up having to pick it up myself! Terrible and misleading services. Will not used GrillCity ever again.
Was really craving Grill City, and Lyft 13 miles away from the closest one. Decided to try the Grill City delivery app. At 8 AM the earliest time I could schedule for breakfast to be delivered was 10 to 10:30 AM. GrillCity said that it would arrive during this time. At around 10 AM GrillCity told me that the food would be delivered around 11 AM, and it was being fulfilled through DoorDash now. I didnβt get the food until 11:30 AM. The delivery fee was $16 , so I paid a total of around $43 for 2 breakfast hamonado and 2 kalamansi juices. When I called the numbers on GrillCity around 9am, they kept transferring time to other numbers and I could not talk to a representative.
In summary, GrillCity works. It just costs a lot of money and time. and it ends up being fulfilled through DoorDash anyway.
