Ordered from the app and requested for delivery but when I called Grill City to confirm they said they don’t do deliveries. The app charged me for delivery PLUS tip for the driver and I ended up having to pick it up myself! Terrible and misleading services. Will not used this app ever again.

Takes your order, charges the card even if store is already closed with the pick up time chosen and no customer support.

Was really craving Grill City, and Lyft 13 miles away from the closest one. Decided to try the Grill City delivery app. At 8 AM the earliest time I could schedule for breakfast to be delivered was 10 to 10:30 AM. The app said that it would arrive during this time. At around 10 AM the app told me that the food would be delivered around 11 AM, and it was being fulfilled through DoorDash now. I didn’t get the food until 11:30 AM. The delivery fee was $16 , so I paid a total of around $43 for 2 breakfast hamonado and 2 kalamansi juices. When I called the numbers on the app around 9am, they kept transferring time to other numbers and I could not talk to a representative.
In summary, the app works. It just costs a lot of money and time. and it ends up being fulfilled through DoorDash anyway.
