I’m sorry but i will never use Brobnb again nor will I recommend.
Too long to explain reasons and do not want to relive what I went through by explaining.
Almost similar experience as the rest of the others.
It caused me a lot of frustrations when I tried for weeks! I also had others help me try with their own devices to no success. And you are still sending me booking notifications as I write, when nothing worked.
Please stop the notifications!

I didn’t really want to leave a bad review, but, like the other reviewer, I only received an error reading. When I attempted to go to the site, was told it isn’t secure and my information may be stolen. I don’t know what else to do, but am really disappointed.

My 1st experience is not satisfactory. I tried to get customer support on the app. As a guest it’s not a user friendly app. So if there is a way to get customer support, i cannot find it. I looked into the app just now and it says it NOT a secure app. That the information such as passwords and personal data we enter is at risk. Currently my host is slow to respond and is not professional. Looks like this is my first and last time using BRO BNB 😞. This tiny house I’ve booked is from the 4th to the 12th of October. And it remains to be seen- but I think now with a Cate 5 hurricane threatening and possibly adversely affecting Palm Beach County, I will not be able to stay for a couple of days. I don’t feel safe here. Plus the gates are blowing open and anyone from the back alley can wonder in. They supposedly have working cameras but I now wonder if the outside cameras work. The host is not responding professionally when he does respond. I decided it’s best to document my communication via the app. And it’s been 13 hours since I asked for the gate to be secured. And there’s no response. This experience has been less than stellar. I don’t expect anything special. Just expect the same as i would if i was spending 1k dollars on Airbnb or VRBO.
