I am new at this so please forgive My ignorance. I reached the $500 payout level of the Block Puzzle Win game!! Now it says I have to play 10 games to collect the $500 cash winnings. WHAT does that mean please. What 10 games. ¿?¿? Please explain. I would also like to mention that the game has put Me on a clock, I have to play 10 games in a certain amount of time. I'm still having problems with my money can't cash out and I been waiting for 2months for my money to be transferred to my account and it keep saying 1 person is ahead of me keep watching expidit videos and still nothing what is the problem
