Can’t log in my account
When I open na jonaxx app, nag sstay lang na black screen ket e uninstalled ko na tas restart

When I look for the update sa The sun's heartbeat ,walang nag appear but i have notif in my phone sa misming app is hindi sya nag appear and when i try to open the activity it says exception cannot find notifications same with comments
There is an exception note, saying I don't have an internet but I do. Plus, the other's post about the The Sun's Heartbeat Wakas Excerpt 1 isn't there, instead there's a Pagdaong
I can't update the next chapters over wifi even after being connected. My app also has a permission to download over wifi or mobile data.
Hello po..bakit po ayaw mag log in ng jonaxx app ko.laging no Internet connection ei may Internet naman ako..please help po salamat
hindi makita ang books kahit guest lang at nakailang uninstall at install na ako wala talaga.. ayaw na ring mga log in. And sa playstore may something na "recent data from similar devices show that this app may stop working on your device." it's frustrating
Same problem with others. After madownload ang jonaxx app, wait mu para makasign-up or log-in pero logo lang lumalabas after nun bumabalik sa uninstall or open, kung I tap mu ang open ganun parin logo lang lumalabas. Nakailang try na aku uninstalled ganun pa rin, tapos minsan power off ku tapos on ganun pa din. Pahelp naman po. Anong nangyari sa jonaxx app. Salamat.
Di po ma open.ina update ko sya tapos di na mabuksan.panu gagawin😔😔puro no internet kahit meron naman.

Good Day! Hi, I'm having a problem with the chapters it is stocked, it is not changing the chapter into the last chapters I finish reading like for example, I read kabanata1 to 20 and I close the app for a break then decided to read again it will go back to kabanata 1, not the last chap. I finished. Hopefully that you can help me with this, I stop reading because of this problem and I can't go back to reading again since I'm having trouble with the continuation of the chapter. hope that there is a way to fix it. Thank you!
Ever since i updated my app, it's not working the same anymore. Only the logo will appear if i try to open it and will not let me in. I waited for an hour and still won't let me through. I crave reading again the stories but it just won't work.
