Keep getting- oh-oh. Something went wrong on certain moves. At start of game I am no longer able to watch an ad to get bonus gifts. Also am not able to keep item when I watch an ad several times, but I am able to sell it. Losing out on lots gifts 😟

I have followed all 4 steps to rectify the app from crashing & it’s still doing it. I have Apple phone & been playing this game daily since it came out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I can’t get into my Facebook account with Mergical home, it comes up with ‘Error, app not active. This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated’. My Facebook account is linked to Mergical home and now I can’t get back into it.
