LOVE this game but NOT ALL the new glitches!!

I play this game every single day, hours a day and recently when they updated it they forgot to fix ALL of the bugs. You merge something and they give you a duplicate limited offer but it gets stuck to the board and anything you put on those tiles glitches. Whenever you try to open up to look at your animals it freezes up and you have to restart the game. Right now I can’t even play the game because it’s frozen on the start screen with the names of the makers. I can’t look at what goals I have because it’s full of bugs and nothing works when you click on the buttons. It’s becoming more of a headache to play this game. I love it so much, both my fiancé and I play together but we both run into so many bugs and glitches it’s not worth it to play anymore. Once they fix the problems maybe I will play again, good luck to you all!
Pets are horrible

I love this game but I have a few complaints. Fist of all the pets. I timed how long they work and I pressed start when they woke up and stopped when they all went to sleep. 55 seconds they worked for. Pets are the only way you can get the energy to heal all of the furniture. Second complaint. Everything is so small! I have to zoom in so much to be able to see. It’s horrible. Third complaint. When you get the energy to unlock all of your furniture you should only need like 5 energies to unlock. But in this gave once you play for a few days you have to have 50 energies. Please do not but this game and save yourself from boredom.
Won’t connect to server

I’ve been playing this game a couple of months now because I loved it I spent quite a bit of money to open all the rooms and paid for the season pass. A few days ago it stopped letting me collect my season pass stuff and stopped connecting to the server so I thought it was my internet but my internet is working just fine so I went to play again and it started me over won’t let me login and lost everything I try to contact them and it wouldn’t let me so not sure if I just lost everything permanently or it’s just a bug they need to fix but again I spent quite a bit of money and lost everything and it wants me to start all over not going to happen I’m pretty upset
