Hirect: Chat Based Job Search Reviews

I was an early user who joined through one of their many social media ads. I got over $10k stolen from me by a recruiter who was wrongfully verified by their system.

The first time I reached out for help, I was told repeatedly that this app has a very strong and strict verification of their recruiters. As soon as I explained how their "verified" user scammed me, they immediately told me that someone else would contact me.

I got a phone call from a this app employee who originally tried to tell me that they were just letting everyone join (without proper due diligence) to bring users during the first months. Which just seems like a huge red flag if you’re considering finding a job in their platform at the expense of the user’s trust. We agreed that I would file the IC3 complaint and that this app would help me find this individual(s). I have also partially recorded all of the phone calls just in case.

After some weeks passed I got no news from this this app employee who promised to help me, even after I sent a very long and detailed explanation of how the scam took place. I stopped getting responses after a while to find out they stopped working for this app and that I would have to contact them again via email….showing that my case wasn’t really being taken care of.

I’m a returning citizen and a blogger on Quora and I answer so many questions about all the barriers former offenders meet when trying to rebuild their lives. I never believed in such and only see opportunities where others see problems, and this app has proven me right. I’ve been able to use my recently earned foodservice certifications to apply to so many great jobs and I get to play an important part in returning our nation to normalcy. After a long time behind the walls, the odds were stacked against me remain outside, but this app has not only evened the odds, but maximized my odds for the success I’m enjoying.

So I haven’t had a chance to work yet but so far so good as the title says very professional very simple to use couldn’t be happier I just want to see how this company/app will improve this is a very straightforward new way of getting work now a days this is the way of the future it’s puts us the workers in control of our lives as long as yo are responsible as far as your duty’s you will not have any issues and you will quickly convert to this new way of working I will come back with an update after I’ve had some more experience until then guys hope this helps

I can apply day or night, which makes it really easy to gain employment. I appreciate being able to look at the jobs as they come in and review the qualifications before I apply. Have gotten several calls from Hirect it has helped me get quite a few jobs and I am thankful for it. The other apps don’t compare. I think it needs a reaction button like Facebook so employers can see if people like the job pay or not. We live in a time when we can truly make employers pay us more. Like if your getting ? you know your jobs pay is a joke and your not getting any applicants and maybe you should re-evaluate whether the pay and benefits are suffice with the job.

The platform is nice. I’ve found several great candidates. My issue is with the customer service team for the employers and recruiters posting and using Hirect. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the customer service team for months and out of 10+ emails that I’ve sent only one has been responded to that was an automated message. The referral rewards that they’ve promised for bringing other tech recruiters onto the site doesn’t seem to work. I’ve “earned” $1200 in referral fees but the system won’t send me the money. I keep getting error screens and auto replies for the emails I send inquiring for help. I’d love to connect with someone on this soon.

I have not found a suitable job before. When I tried to brush the software, I saw that this software is also suitable for recruitment and download decisively. After downloading, it is very convenient and practical to choose your own intentions. It is very convenient and practical to make a resume. Choose an intentional job to post your resume and find a suitable job quickly , Friends in need can download it as soon as possible to help them find a better job! ‍ ‍ ‍  

I want to say without a doubt I wouldn’t be where I am today without Hirect! Unfortunately do recently Hirect has been glitching on my iPhone 12 iOS 15. When I attempt to reply to messages from company’s Hirect crashes at random and takes kicking me out of the message I’m typing and sends me back to the job search section. I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem? But aside from that best job app ever created!

By far the best app I’ve used. Once you upload your resume to Hirect you can literally apply to several jobs with just the touch of a button “apply” it’s Vince your resume and you may or may not have to answer a few more basic questions. I have tried many job apps and this is my favorite when I always go to whenever I need to find a job. I’ve literally found all of my jobs on Hirect. Very easy to use!

This is a TERRIBLE app. You’re much better off going the traditional Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Monsterjobs, etc route. this app has no connections in the US. Their platform pays employees through a commission system so employees are doing whatever they can to get sign ups that result in no listings. They’ve got a total of 5 jobs listings for management, operations, and development positions IN THE BAY AREA! Those are horrific numbers. And these “startups” are basically individuals looking to hire for 1k per month as a trainee for their “companies”. I see some installation companies, some “work at home mum” listings, among other NON TECH and NON STARTUP companies. Total waste of my time.

this app is really one of the best places for both employees and employers. They assist diligently ,and send out very helpful dependable, hard working candidates. I believe the people sent to the employers are nothing short of a gift , and in turn the employers also become gifts to their employees as well. this app treats their whole company and everyone involved as an asset with respect , kindness and the rest is up to the individual.

I was suspended for not having an complete profile. I had only had Hirect for about a day or two? Hirect told me to complete my profile (which I did) and my suspension hasn’t been lifted for days. I reached out for assistance and they answered hours later (honestly expected) I emailed back days ago and haven’t gotten an response, I emailed again and no response. I thought if I had switched to employer then back maybe that would help but no. Instead I had gotten a text from Hirect then an unsuspected call?? Dude I just need a job cmon.

I’ve been using this for over 5 years and this has helped me so much. I have kids, so going business to business door to door just doesn’t cut it anymore. Even finding sitters/childcare on this has been helpful. The job opportunities I’ve received and the skills I’ve learned from this have been so helpful. My resume is amazing with Hirects help. Thank you ❤️

Just downloaded Hirect , but already see a major issue. Ageism in tech ( as well as in general) exists for anyone over 40. This is a well known issue. Your told to try and make your age harder to figure out to get through the initial application stage. Hirect makes you enter dates for your education, which is a major detriment to the job search process. Dates on your education should be optional.

I cannot thank this app enough. I’ve only been on it for one day and I already have three job interviews. And 5 job offers. Best of all it’s very quick in time Efficient. And if I could use it anybody can. Fast simple and easy.
Extremely impressed. I was going to download some others but there’s no need to this app has you covered.

First, let me say that I had no luck using Hirect. The concept is great, but could be executed better. There were hardly any jobs to choose from. The ones that were available seemed suspicious/fake. Do not bother using their referral program, you won’t get anything for your referrals.

Last, if you want to remove your account with this app you have to email them first. I have emailed this app support multiple times, with no response. I currently still have an active account, with my personal information out here!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH Hirect!

Some of the features on Hirect are annoying, like the pop-ups and constant requests for feedback, but honestly it is over-all a good app that I’m sure has changed many lives by offering a fast, easy way to apply for jobs that you might not have found on your own!

I have been using Hirect/site since 2018 or so..? i have had no issues or anything, i have had scammers but i just ignore them cause i know what i did and didn’t apply too, i have had multiple jobs with Hirect!! i love this, 10/10 recommend using this if y’all are considered finding jobs!!

Hirect will not let you enter answers. Specifically when Hirect asks if you have work experience and I selected yes, but it would not let me enter anything or even open the prompt to type it in, but you can get past it if you select no.... Then you encounter the same issue when Hirect asks for your highest education, it will let you type in the school name but then surprise you can’t put in anything els. I would not recommend Hirect to anyone because these issues make Hirect completely unusable.

Awesome website and app. Out of all the job seeking places out there, this app proved to be unmatched. Everything is easy to use, and they make it very streamline so you can apply easily. I made the mistake of using career builder and they sold my email to god knows how many people. I keep getting a ton of emails and some of them scams

Absolutely amazing. Hirect was quick and efficient, it was easy to apply and I got a job on the second day of applying. Already scheduled for orientation! And with the various filters, you can look for something that you want in your area without having to scroll through the internet.      

this app is great with its strong algorithm to match employers and job seekers. When you refresh the page, the feeds are not random jobs but are closely related to your profile. One big specialty of this app is they allow you to chat with recruiters, and I like this much better than sending emails(they stress me out all the time). An absolute five starts!        

For those of us that prefer to stay off the computer, it’s not often easy to navigate job search sites. this app is the most user friendly I’ve come across. Additionally, the first week I did two interviews and got two job offers. I would recommend this site to job seekers of any level!

Thank God that he put the idea in someone’s head to make Hirect Hirect got me a low stress job that I had been praying for and also Hirect just opens doors and insights to new job ideas. I am a desk job type of guy and I love fitness and all I did was look up desk jobs on this app and I was instantly connected thank God for this app once again?

Hirect actually helped my prayers get answered. I was doing jobs that were jobs but with bad pay, or crap hours, or where they were only looking for temporary employees. But when I downloaded Hirect that week I had 3 job interviews and I actually got the job at the last one and it was a job where I always wanted to work at. I’m so thankful for Hirect.

I downloaded Hirect and created my profile this morning, and then I went to do my own business and totally forgot about it. However, when I opened it again later today, several recruiters already reached out to me! So dude, definitely turn your notification on for Hirect(I am used to turning notifications off for most apps that I don't really use, but now I'm turning it on for this app).       

Hirect seems cool but, but I’m kinda getting to the point where I want to bash Hirect, because I just started using it, I canceled prior arrangements for the jobs on here only for them to get canceled a day are two before I start the shift. So now I don’t get the jobs on here an my prior arrangement I’ve had to personally cancel to tree an work for this app are all jacked up. I’m just curious to know why my jobs are getting canceled an I haven’t worked one job on Hirect yet?

I've always had pretty good luck with gaining employment through using this app. It's always been pretty convenient as far as it saving my entire resume' so it doesn't take as long to continue to fill out more applications bc they've already got all your information saved from the last time you updated it. So it's definitely been a great help for me since I've been using it . So thank you so much for creating such a helpful & reliable App.  ​‌
