I’m not sure why, but the iOS version of ChangeNOW does not want to work. (I’m using an IPhone 6S btw) Any time I try making a purchase, it gives an error saying “incorrect or missing info”, and won’t let me proceed.

The receiving address is correct, and the amount is within the allowed limit, so I don’t know why this is happening. Also the asset amount just gives the continuous loading bubbles, and never says how much crypto you’ll be receiving for your fiat. Just says loading forever

No issues on the web site, the iOS app is the only one having trouble for some reason.

Don’t know why or how my comment was deleted, but I left a pretty scathing review. I live in the US and needed to utilize my XRP. ChangeNOW does just that: withdrew from Kraken to this app which converted it to ETH and deposited it into my Coinbase account. Wonderful. My last review may have been confused regarding gas (Gwei) prices, for which ChangeNOW is not responsible. My apologies for insulting that you guys were taking “hidden fees”. Wonderful workaround you guys got and way cheaper than 1Inch and Uniswap (how is that even possible?)

Trying to find the right exchange to use that is also simplified and quick has been a headache and a half. Enter, Change Now! This team and what they’ve created is freaking awesome. Quick and effortless. IF you’re using some other exchanges which shall remain nameless, once you use Change Now you’re not going back!

You guys Rock, thank you for finally simplifying this process. This makes things some much easier, and will bring in more people to Crypto space.

This is my first experience using this app. After inputting in the desire amount of coins to swap the transaction was flawless with no issues. I receive the swapped coins in less than 5 minutes. Their fees are low compare to a different exchange where they charge more. I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend to others!

I’m still new to investing and I thought you needed a computer to access exchanges to swap but ChangeNOW surprised me it’s easy and quick to swap im really glad I found this I hope more apps come out like this cause it will help others understand this new age with ease

Depending on the crypto you want to exchange, it takes 2 to 20 mins.
The user interface is simple and easy to understand.
I once accidentally sent under the amount I was supposed too and support contacted me and I was still able to get the equivalent transferred.

I have to say I used to struggle figuring which coins are compatible to be able to switch out and then had to have that coin conversation fee so I had to buy a little of this token and that coin just to be able to swap the coin but now I don’t have to do ANY of that! ChangeNOW is so simple yet very powerful

I can’t believe there was a time not long ago that I used to swap my crypto and pay CRAZY FEES while this beauty was just a download away 😩 been using it for months now and it never fails.

In addition; the ONE AND ONLY time I needed support they got back to me within minutes and fixed my mistake right away.

I highly recommend ChangeNOW for use of cross chain swaps. This was my first time using it. I had heard about ChangeNOW but never tried it until now. I had an issue with my deposit from my metamask wallet and the customer see team responded quickly and got me taken care of. My swap from bnb to ETH is in my wallet. Thanks team!

I’ll admit I was wary at first, I’ve been burned by “exchange” apps/websites that have either taken my coin or are too complex or take days, ChangeNOW makes it SO EASY, and it’s blazing fast compared to anything else I’ve ever used. Only took about 20-25 min in total to receive, convert, then send my coin from wallet to wallet. Amazing app, look no further!!

Love the rates on ChangeNOW, probably the best around on the market. It’s simple and straight forward. My only remark is that it seems to take a while for the transaction to go through, but no longer than 5 minutes or so - it may even ChangeNOW I’m sending the transaction to that’s causing the delay. But overall great app so far!

If you want to keep your crypto safe you all need ChangeNOW. You can swap your crypto without sending it to an exchange, make the swap, and then send the new coin back to yourself. With ChangeNOW you initiate the exchange of 2 coins and then enter you wallet addresses for each coin. “Voila” in a few minutes your coins get swapped and the new coins end up in your wallet. Self-custody is the way!!

I sent a message last week about the incorrect amount I received last week and never got a response. Please send me the difference in both purchases. Last week I paid over $30 in BTC but only received $8.11 in TRX (received 87 instead of 132 TRX). Today I was suppose to receive 187 TRX but only received 116 TRX. Please let Change Now know they are now shorting people in their purchases and I would like to receive the difference in what they owe me.

This is a great app for a few reasons. One you don’t have to sign up for anything or give anyone access to your funds. Two it’s fast and efficient. Three you can swap almost any crypto for another. BTC for meme coins or meme coins for BTC. Almost any coin you have can be traded for any coin. This is all done fast and efficiently. Sometimes I end up getting more crypto coins then I buy!

I’ve been looking for ways to convert some of my BSC tokens to either ERC or to fiat.

So far I’ve spent tons of money in fees converting to BNB, sending to Binance, converting to BTC or ETH then sending to my off boarding app like CashApp or Coinbase or doing what I want with it. I know I know, I’m sure there were other ways to cash out..
I’m just glad I came across Change Now… fast, convenient, cheap. Now I just convert my BNBBSC to XLM and send that to where I need it. Cheap XLM fees. Nicely done

I used Change Now for the first time ever, and did an exchange. I was nervous as I made some errors with the amount sent to the appropriate deposit address. But to my surprise, Change Now took care of that I received my correct amount of crypto into wallet within lightening speed. I was very amazed because I live in one of the highly regulated US States and could only purchase BTC. Thank you Change Now for freeing me up🙏🏽👍🏾!!!

KuKoin Coinbase all of them can rot. It’s such a poor user experience trying to get your crypto onto and off an exchange anyway. That’s if they stay in business or don’t rob you. Change NOW is a bit scary at first since you’re sending your tokens to them with the trust that they will then send your requested tokens back. I have had nothing but good experiences with Change NOW.

ChangeNOW is a life saver… as a node and project investor this makes switching from blockchain to blockchain easy.

Now, you HAVE to make sure you are sending the correct format for your crypto that’s the tricky part. But once you send the correct crypto and have the right address to receive your crypto this working AMAZING!

Give it a few test runs before sending larger amounts once you have it down it’s a breeze! Absolutely AMAZING

It’s a little scary, but they came through all 3 times I bought 10k DOGE off KRAKEN to exchange to KASPA, but during that waiting period, your hearts beating through the chest!! lol. Only took 10-15 min and the KASPA goes right into the KASPA wallet!! Just take your time when you’re doing the steps, it’s not hard, but if you get the littlest of things wrong, it’s not good! Like I said, just double check everything a couple times before sending and you’ll be ok. Thanks again!!

I been using ChangeNOW for a while and Everything it’s been so perfect, once I had a problem with a transaction but they’re team helped me to complete my transaction and I never lose any of my coins , everything is very transparent with them 10/10 ❤️
