I recently paid for iFollow for Wrexham AFC and I missed the game on the weekend. I believed there would be full match replays--but there is no full match replay for Wrexham vs. Reading. How long does it take--or will there be a match replay? I must comment upon how woeful iFollow site is. I have Fubo and I can record matches and view them later. iFollow has ONE JOB which I paid a lot of money for--Wrexham games--not only Live, but also for reviewing. Unless this is fixed, I will not renew with iFollow again. I should also be able, with my fee, to view other EFL games, but I can only view Wrexham. What kind of business model is this? There is very little value for the annual fee I just paid!
I support luton town I see the current price is £140 ,why is there no option to pay in other currencies here it is forint .I do however have a English bank account and credit card but if you think j live in UK I can subscribe for video .how can I get over this . Regards Keith woodfield
Watching Stoke v Reading today. There is background sound, but no commentary at all. Very disappointing again.
Can’t get past a ball bobbing up and down when trying to get match day pass for Blackburn v Barnsley. Tried for an hour... totally frustrated and fed up
I've paid 150 pound and can show you my PayPal receipt I can't log in and getting really fed up with the no replying....I've paid for something that isn't fit for purpose so I would like a reply or will try to get my money back as I have consumer rights
Hi, I am an Ipswich Town season ticket holder, and have been using the efl ifollow for about nine weeks now(including friendly games pre season)with success. I now appear to have a problem with away matches, as after paying I cannot open the video link on screen. I followed all procedures to purchase a video match pass, to watch Ipswich v MKDons on 3rd October and Ipswich v Doncaster on 20th October and and received a receipt for payment for both before the match, only to not be able to get the match on screen. I have had no issues for home games, but away matches appear to be a problem. Many Ipswich fans have experienced the same problem as me. I require a refund for the £20 that I have paid so far, and I will be reluctant to purchase any more away matches until I get a reply . I have followed the ifollow guidelines by turning off my ad blocker and getting rid of cookies, but to no avail. This is the second time time that I have contacted you . How do I get a refund ?
I had a code to use Ifollow on saturday, I followed the correct method to use it and then Ifollow charged me anyway. I have tried to contact constantly and keep getting passed to different dead-end departments. no one wants to deal with it
Unfortunately I accidentally clicked on Pay to watch for Blackpool v Charlton game before I applied my code. I’m a Blackpool FC season ticket holder. My voucher code is 7LY4Y9XCW8ND. Is there anything you can do as I don’t want to pay twice? Many thanks Louise

With iFollow, I’m reminded of a football chant - “You don’t know what you’re doing… you don’t know what you’re doing!” If you pay for a service, you should be able to airplay games to your tv. Which was possible before, but not anymore. But what’s worse is the customer service. After my membership renewal did not automatically process at the original price ($178) due to an out-of-date credit card, the price went up ($225). Trying to discuss the details of this issue with the customer service team lead me to one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had - every email in the thread would go to a different person, none of whom understood the issue or cared to resolve it, and responses were constantly different and filled with excuses and/or confusion. Which has resulted in me boycotting iFollow. After years of watching my team as a fan living across seas, I will now only watch the games available on ESPN+. It’s unfortunate iFollow’s unorganized and unprofessional team chose to lose a returning customer, rather than resolve an issue, and all for an app that got worse and doesn’t work for fans as it could/should.

I didn’t love having to move over to this app rather than my club specific one, but as long as it works, who cares, right? Well, it doesn’t work well at all. The app is very buggy, often making the rest of my iPad freeze up - for example, if I want to adjust the volume, for some reason toggling it up and down doesn’t work when I’m in the app. That kind of lag is common, as are long loading times when the app starts up and when videos are starting, or when you’re toggling between settings like different audio channels (it takes forever to register your taps). I like following my team and am glad I have a way to do so, but this app is not well designed.

No casting ability to a TV. In 2020 an app being sold to a market who tend to not have any other option to watch the match, they intentionally lock down what you can do with the video stream. You cannot cast the stream to your tv. They offer no TV apps. They don’t tell you this. Just that you can stream your favorite team. And the radio? Glad you asked. Crap. They just latch on to a radio stream that completely and routinely drops the audio. You also can’t keep the app open in the background and still get audio. It drops. Rubbish. They could easily make these changes. Easily. But they choose not to. Shame on iFollow and EFL for doing this to smaller clubs looking to generate revenue from supporters worldwide.
