CoinDCX: Crypto Investment Reviews

CoinDCX is good over all. But the only one thing need to be soot it out is when I trying to add funds it was loading and unable to anything for a long time. Developer try to get an update on this.

First experience was worse. This puts me in two minds off I should or should not continue with this app. I wrote a complaint and received an automated email saying if there was money take out, it will be return in your bank account in 7 days, 7 days? Really? So you are gonna use my money for 7 days and earn in my money and I should just sit and wait but my money? This is very kinky, looks like they are cheating with the customers by doing this cheap trick’s. Not expected after reading so many good reviews. Did you guys buy those reviews? Please resolve my matter and return my money right away or make it available for me to invest it.

First thing, I want to appreciate the company for choosing mobiquick over its costumers. Initially there were all modes of payments. I have made the investments. Now I can only add or remove using mobiquick app only. They say other modes of payments are coming soon, for 2 months. I don’t know when this soon ends. Don’t fall a prey for CoinDCX seeing this is the first Indian cryptocurrency app like me. Hope after seeing this u won’t install CoinDCX like me.

It seems CoinDCX has special tie up with a few payment provider and discouraging users to add money to the account from other more popular sources like net banking, gpay, upi, cards etc. it’s really unfortunate and they are going to lose customers big time. Hope these guys improve immediately and work on this feedback.

WazirX Mobile app is the best compared to this app. this app is not showing all coins and the interface is not comfortable to buy and sell. this app does not send alerts on price changes. Website is beautiful but mobile app is at basic level. I will go with WazirX.

Only advantage with this app is it has low fees and high volume.

It’s UI is more clear and colorful. Easy to trade without worrying about transaction fee. Convenient. Has more coins. I love it now more than WazirX.

Though idea is great .. crypto god all, tree is room for improvement especially in terms of portfolio interface. Currently user not able to know P& L of his involvements which is main drawback of Myinvestment page and app should able to give various stats w.r.t history , realized and non realized profit/ loss.

Have been using this great app for trading crypto for a while. All the features are amazing and I totally love CoinDCX. The customer care is prompt and would give 5 star for smooth interface.

This is totally rubbish ..and kind of fraud things.. that you don’t know about that how they fraud?

Ans: just when you gonna to buy any crypto the the prices of the actual showing was prices just increased by 3 rs. and when you gonna sell it it’s also decreased by 3% from the current price of that coin at time … this is very cheap kind of fraud that u have to face a loss always..

I am using this from long time but suddenly i have been log out and when i am trying to login in there are many issues sometimes login option is noti opening and most of time otp is not coming and when i close app the otp will come

Very bad application OTP will come while logging and no issue while deposit amount when trying to withdraw amount back asking for OTP keep waiting OTP never come done many times complain in this app team from there only one reply everything is fine check your mobile.

I find it very cumbersome and difficult. Not as easy as ICICI and kotak bank mobile applications. Want to close my account and get back my Rs 1000

Buy and sell is not user friendly in app , it’s typical to understand what going on when you purchase, could have been much better , I mean to say should be more transparent on fees and actual purchase rate... etc

While adding funds there is no limit but while withdrawing funds why there is a limit ? This is too bad and I will not recommend to anybody to use CoinDCX if we are getting such a poor service. Also mode of payment is very few.. this is disgusting

It is the best source for the information of cryptocurrency exchange rates i would highly recommend it.

CoinDCX crashed itself and is not opening from past half an hour... it’s so frustrating to not be able to monitor your money... pls look into it faster

CoinDCX is easy to use and this app is an amazing exchange wallet service.

Make available more coins please

Have raised a ticket few days ago regarding crypto deposit issue, there is no action or even reply from their side. There are many others like me who are facing issues regarding deposits not being reflected for days.
Pathetic service.

I opened an account online with this app and that works fine. CoinDCX for my phone only shows coins in Indian Rupees and I cannot see my USDT holdings on CoinDCX . Not clear how to change from Rupees to other currencies.

App Always crashes when market crash an then I can’t even get to my money! Don’t trust these guys!
