I want to cancel my subscription
Someone scammed me by sending a video where I had to download our free app. Now I have no way to cancel and you say It will automatically renew subscription after 3 days .(Aug.14). I do not want the subscription. How can I cancel it so I am not charged?

Subscription apps should not automatically charge over $100 for a whole year after a free trial of only a few days!
The subscription should only start when the user actually opens the app after the free trial ends, and the user should be clearly asked if they wish to be charged, and told how much, at that time. A family member downloaded this without knowing what it was and accidentally subscribed. Then the app was deleted and never used, but we were still charged. Am asking Apple for a refund.

This 3 day trial period is a scam! This company expects you to go into setting and change the auto renew button to off position. Well that would be fine if there was such a place in settings to do that. Plus they say this has to be done one day prior to free period ending. So that gives you no time to contact them to get it cancelled. I feel this app is all about taking people’s money!! Not recommended at all.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to help me out some issues I’ve been having I’ve sent multiple messages. Customer service is terrible!And not only that they charged me over $100 for a subscription fee for a whole year when I deleted the app and never even used it it’s garbage
