How to fix Fax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fax app on iPhone
Update Fax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fax App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fax » click [Force Stop]

Update Fax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fax.

Fix Fax unable to contact server/ Fax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
