2 years agoHello, I just want to ask for a refund, my 11 year old son used this app to watch a movie and used my card under the impression that it was a free app as it said €0 when he put in the details. However €67 has been taken from my account today and after looking into it I see that it was only a trial period which he did not understand. I won’t be using this service at all for the next year so paying for it would be a waste. I would really ask you to consider refunding the money as it was an honest mistake and the guidelines were not understood. Thank you for your time
