I enrolled for a One-month period and Baller charged me for one year! Please stop this charge and refund my money!!

This is the worst app for video playback I have ever used

1) literally the native video player for iOS would be so much better and more intuitive than what they have here. It’s choppy, not optimized for different devices(for example on my iPhone 7 the buttons are mapped fine but on my XS max literally none of the buttons are mapped to the right areas of the screen), and it doesn’t even support true full screen. 2) whenever I check into an event, it blocks me from looking at all teams in that event. This clearly is not intentional because the website doesn’t work this way 3) just not a very good ui. 4) highlights section is wasted, either allow players to make their own highlights or don’t include it because no one I know has any highlights from several seasons of playing at ballertv streamed events. Personally I am ending my subscription to ballertv. I will instead invest in personal recording equipment and I suggest everyone else do the same. It’s going to cost less money over time, it’s more practical and efficient, and you can even set it up to stream live and as many people as you want can watch without having to worry about paying. I seriously could not discourage other people for paying for ballertv more. Also, if you get your own equipment you can get higher quality. Even the full downloads I get from them have never been higher than standard definition which in some cases makes it so you can’t even see the ball or numbers.

Avoid this app!!!

This app is very deceiving! Tells you in the largest bold letters that it’s so much a month and then in fine print you’re actually billed annually. There’s no customer service number so we spent over an hour on their chat service and were told no refunds are given and the best they could do is charge us quarterly and we’re downgraded to their lowest package. I’ll be making a written complaint on this company. We’re just trying to watch our daughters weekend games and they obviously don’t make enough money so they need to trick people into their service. Just thought others should know so you know what to expect like the company should tell you up front.

Poor quality streams... if at all.

I signed up to watch my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Out of 6 matches, only 2 worked. The rest stopped after a few minutes due to a “poor internet connection”. Not sure if BallerTv uses their own hotspot or the venue’s, but they’re totally unreliable. Of the 2 matches I watched, the quality was very poor. I paid $75 for a 3-month membership, and asked for a refund and to cancel my account. They only agreed to a 20% discount. So I paid about $60 to catch a third of the games. Frustrating.
