Don’t use this company. I paid to be able to watch my daughter play volleyball. I have been able to watch only 2 games completely. They always have camera, personnel, connectivity issues, etc. Nothing but excuses. This is a crap company. Save your money.

I subscribed to BallerTV to watch my Granddaughter’s volleyball game in January. They were not allowing spectators. Based on BallerTV ad I was understood that it would cost $12.99 a month and I could cancel anytime. They automatically charged me for a year ($155.88) and when I tried to cancel they said none of it was refundable! They did not say it was a year minimum nor that they would charge the whole amount at once! I want 11 months payment back!! Very questionable company with questionable practices and no way to talk to anyone at the company. Are others of you having similar experiences?

Save your money, or lose it. Paid $119 for a year’s service. Saw one volleyball tournament. Terrible camera angle. Tuned in 3 weeks later, for second tournament. Amazingly not available. No response from Baller. SCAM, avoid.

Event: Volley by the James in Richmond Va
A lot of money for very poor camera angle. You set up on the end of the court if your team was on the opposite end, which ours was, you couldn’t see them. Check out the replay for yourself. I would be ashamed as a company to take someone’s money for this type of return. On top of that your application crashed and we missed one whole match due to application error.

Once again check it out yourself. If it was your child you were trying to see because of the no spectator rule, you would not be satisfied.

This is the set up at the Richmond Convention Center only. Other two venues did it right.
