Once you make an account they will not let you delete and will hold onto ALL of your info and have the access you initially give them. A SCAM in my opinion. They will not tell me how to delete my account and I am so mad.

Hi, I have used Swipehouse for a few months for paid collaborations with brands. No one responds if you are having issues with any part of Swipehouse . I don’t usually have problems, but two of the collaborations that I got haven’t released the payment after approving the video I made and haven’t responded when I ask when they will. This adds up to about $400 and I completed my part of the agreement. I have reached out over ten times directly to this app and the same amount of times to the brand.

More often than not several of these brands will be extremely quick to reply and get you to work with them, but the second it comes to receiving payment, they vanish like the last Airbender.

this app has the absolute worse customer service in existence but it is LITERALLY none existent. Do yourself the favor and look for other ways of closing brand deals because this definitely is not it.

First let me point out that you can bump up on the wait list or whatever if you give a five star review. Obvious red flag to the integrity of the ratings.

The real issue: I’ve had a few brand deals through this company and 3 times I have had significant difficulty collecting payment.

I worked with the creator when I first signed up, and ended up having to reach out to him the first time I wasn’t getting paid, because the support line wouldn’t return my call. After weeks,
I finally got paid.

The second and third time, I just haven’t heard back from anyone. Not the support line, no message back from Swipehouse creator, nothing. I spent a few hours producing content for these brands and got nothing.

Another issue is that a brand tried to hire me for a second video, but we could never get in contact with support to begin a second offer. this app would have made money on that commission! It makes zero sense why they wouldn’t want to respond to either the company or I in order to make it happen.

The finding friends feature is not much better. I met a couple people on there, but for a while the screens were just black on people’s profiles and now I keep seeing the same people over and over so I don’t even bother.

Super disappointed as it is a good idea but I’m not a fan of putting in hours of work and not getting compensated.

I’ll change my review once they let me in. I didn’t know I had to either refer three people or be on a waiting list. It’s kinda annoying. You should know that before you download Swipehouse:)
Edit: I said I would change my review once I got into Swipehouse and I did. Been using Swipehouse for a while. Swipehouse is definitely good for meeting new creators. I haven’t gotten any collaborations yet. Most influencers that I message, don’t reply back. So, that’s the downside because I thought one of the points of Swipehouse was to find people to duet and collaborate with. So, I feel like that should be pushed a little more. But, I still enjoy getting to at least discover new creators and check out their content. That’s the best part and sometimes you get bonus matches:)

i saw one of my friends get verified on Swipehouse, and i’ve had it less than 10 minutes and i’m already verified. i’m still waiting on the waiting list, but i love Swipehouse!

Pretty sure this is a hidden secret but I love Swipehouse design and concept! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to collab with other creators

Definitely an awesome way for others to recognize you. Also great way to find other Tiktok members that you can duet with.

I love the way that I am able to connect with other LGBTQ+ creators. I would highly recommend to those interested in collaborating with others on Swipehouse .

I saw a TikToker I like suggest Swipehouse — it’s such a great idea! I like that you can chose what kind of TikTokers you’re trying to connect with, and that it helps you find collaborations and partnerships.

The duet app is supportive and caring because they get to have fun with their favorite tiktokwr and become more of yourself
