Terrible Service, Extorting users for 5 star Reviews

First let me point out that you can bump up on the wait list or whatever if you give a five star review. Obvious red flag to the integrity of the ratings. The real issue: I’ve had a few brand deals through this company and 3 times I have had significant difficulty collecting payment. I worked with the creator when I first signed up, and ended up having to reach out to him the first time I wasn’t getting paid, because the support line wouldn’t return my call. After weeks, I finally got paid. The second and third time, I just haven’t heard back from anyone. Not the support line, no message back from the app creator, nothing. I spent a few hours producing content for these brands and got nothing. Another issue is that a brand tried to hire me for a second video, but we could never get in contact with support to begin a second offer. Swipehouse would have made money on that commission! It makes zero sense why they wouldn’t want to respond to either the company or I in order to make it happen. The finding friends feature is not much better. I met a couple people on there, but for a while the screens were just black on people’s profiles and now I keep seeing the same people over and over so I don’t even bother. Super disappointed as it is a good idea but I’m not a fan of putting in hours of work and not getting compensated.

Writing a review because no one is responding to me

Hi, I have used the app for a few months for paid collaborations with brands. No one responds if you are having issues with any part of the app. I don’t usually have problems, but two of the collaborations that I got haven’t released the payment after approving the video I made and haven’t responded when I ask when they will. This adds up to about $400 and I completed my part of the agreement. I have reached out over ten times directly to swipehouse and the same amount of times to the brand.

Expect to be ripped off

More often than not several of these brands will be extremely quick to reply and get you to work with them, but the second it comes to receiving payment, they vanish like the last Airbender. SwipeHouse has the absolute worse customer service in existence but it is LITERALLY none existent. Do yourself the favor and look for other ways of closing brand deals because this definitely is not it.
